5 star service, great communication I must admit. The Carter bed is a lovely quality, so soft. We got the ottoman storage option and only thing I would mention is that the base of the bed was very tight fitting, we had to add washers to the sides so the base wouldn’t rub on the fabric every time it was lifted. We also weren’t supplied with enough longer bolts, but this wasn’t an issue for my fella with a toolbox. The bed didn’t come with instructions, but when I messaged lavida beds they sent us a YouTube video to follow. We are missing a button on our ottoman box, but said they will send us some so we can fix this. Delivery was a little later than expected, otherwise all was well. Thanks for a pleasant experience and lovely item.

If you are feeling uncertain about these bed companies on Instagram, go with these guys. The best way to contact them is via Instagram DM, to which they are very responsive. I dealt with Sophie, who was incredibly polite and helpful in confirming my delivery date, and even moved heaven and earth to rearrange the couriers when I missed the delivery having left a digit off my mobile number. Without her help, we wouldn't have had anywhere to sleep having moved into a new property, so thank you Sophie. Bed and matching ottoman was delivered that day and we are still absolutely thrilled with it! 11/10 from us on all accounts.

My bed got delivered yesterday and although it took an extra week to be delivered due to my home being in an awkward location, it was definitely worth the wait! I love it and definitely recommend!
