Truly terrible customer service. Never answer the phone. The site goes down often and you can't log on. I did get a call back once out of 3-4 tries about a week later and the guy sounded like a high school student. I am done with this awful product

Comprehensive set of features which covers almost all aspects of our practice is available in this software. Whether its time tracking, task management, invoicing, contract generation or document management - its all there in a collaborative fashion. We are already experiencing productive results in a short span of time that we have been using Lawgro. Now we donot miss a deadline, forget to raise invoices and our receivables have reduced significantly. All the information is accessible on the go and I can now be out of office with complete control on my business through the iPhone app.

LawGro has helped us manage our reputation in a much professional and analytical way. This has also helped us capture client happiness and take steps to continuously improve on it. Most of our client undergo higher level of stress, emotion and expectations and are generally more sensitive. The case management features are simple and easy to use. We specially like the Reminders feature. It allows us to create reminders for just anything and has helped improve our deliverables.

They have a great document assembly features. It took us a while to upload our templates but now we are able to generate multiple contract with just few clicks and minimalistic effort.

LawGro has awesome customer support and highly responsive team. During the complete migration and every now and then, i get amazed with the speed with which they turn around the things.

We were able to organize our practice greatly and get more time for core legal work. Our deliverables were improved and so was the client happiness.

The features I like the most are tasks management and team collaboration. It offers a variety of sub-features within it including to-dos and upcoming tasks, which help small and large teams stay on top of deadlines. LawGro allows me to choose which specific team member or team members should be included in each matter and task. Also, provides secure communication within the team to keep them updated and informed.

Clean design, easy to use with web & IOS apps. Really brings efficiency to my law firm. Strongly recommended as a legal practice management software for all lawyers.
