Not good.
Okay,
after some time of Lay Distribution, i can say that they are not that kind of good. They use white-labeled system by Relevator. I cannot reach to them in fast. Response is taking long time, we chat and in a moment they dissapear.
The last 3 releases submitted with Lay Distribution, every release is automatically rejected due to "3rd party material" release contains. After contacting the first time, they did not clarify any material used and only manually approved the release. For the other 2, we did not get any response.

thank you for showing us how sneaky customers could be. Receiving support in less than a business day apparently doesn't seem to be fast enough. To be fair your releases did sound fraudulent and could have been stolen. That's why you received this.
Rights Issue:
We regret that we cannot approve this release at this time as it appears to contain material from a 3rd party. Please email us if you wish to clarify your rights to this material and provide any related documentation.
"Appears to contain" is not determination at all. After you have send us an email we have approved your releases. We just had to make sure you are not uploading stolen content.
Here is how our response times to you looked like:
Ticket#1074: Your request has been made on Monday at 09:31 am
Our Response: Monday at 23:53 pm (Only 14 hours and 22 minutes after)
Ticket#1073: Your request has been made on Monday 08:03 am
Our Response: Monday at 08:13 am (10 minutes after your request. "Response is taking long time". How do you clarify a 10 minutes response as long?
The average response times were in less than 15 hours. Compare this to other distributors for higher prices and you will be shocked.
We don't want and need customers like this and decided to part ways with you now for a reason.

Neben einem unkomplizierten Weg, meine Musik zu veröffentlichen, habe ich extremst gespart. Über den Marktplatz bereits einen Master-Service geholt und über SoundCampain direkt Songs an Playlists eingereicht. Super praktisch, dass man so viele nützliche Tools und Services direkt über Lay beziehen kann. Ich finde es klasse, dass Lay an wirklich alles gedacht hat und Künstlern so viele Vorteile bietet. Bin jetzt seit geraumer Zeit dabei und es ist erstaunlich wie schnell Verbesserungen von Lay umgesetzt werden.

Wonderful service))). Distribution take up to 1-2 bussines days. I hope this service can be in top 5 for music distribution <3. I never have a problems with Lay Distribution, because this is the best service.

Lay Distribution is the safest and i highly recommend it
Infact, i will say Lay Distribution is the most safest and reliable company i've ever worked with and still working with, i've moved all my release from my previous distributor to Lay, they are really trustworthy. i will be extra glad if they will not change anything about the free and annual subscription plans. its really helping indie artistes finding it difficult with distribution companies. Lay Distribution is the safest and i highly recommend it. but pls allow us to delete uncompleted releases from the catalogue page manually. thanks

Mein Account wurde wegen angeblicher Urheberrechtsverletzung einfach geschlossen, ohne dass mir die Möglichkeit gegeben wurde zu überprüfen, um welchen Track es sich handeln soll und ohne Widerspruch einlegen zu können (denn ich habe keine Rechte Dritter verletzt). Das ist einfach keine Art mit seinen Kunden umzugehen.

My songs aren't being released on schedule!!
I don't understand why but my songs never distribute on the day that I schedule them for. I submit them, and they get released 5 days after the initial release date. I'm not sure if it's because of inspection or not but shouldn't the distribution be more consistent?

Got my music onto Spotify in exactly 5 days. Had the option to specify that it's a new profile, unlike the previous distributor, which just uploaded it to another artist page. Their support was pretty fast too, replying in the same day.

I like the Dashboard and the ability to upload on more than one artist. Other distribution companies charge for each artist which seem a rip off for me. They even fixed my release that I messed up instead of just letting it through.
