Laywine's Opiniões

Always helpful and informative and friendly. Thanks.

The first thing was that you ordered more stock after selling out the 2024 refills - so that was a really helpful thing for me, rather than have to deal with fiflofax myself. The second was that my visit to the store was quite positive - great, cheerful and helpful staff.

Great products, great communication, exceptional delivery.

I love shopping at Laywine’s. Everyone is very helpful, and provides excellent purchasing recommendations. On my most recent visit, I even got some great tips on how to clean a misbehaving fountain pen (thanks, Peter. Works perfectly now).

Helpful, prompt service

The Oder was shipped quickly and the packaging was done with care . I really appreciated the hand written note !

Great items, quick shipping, well packaged.

Coming home to find a beautiful Laywines gift bag, a lovely personal touch.

As always, prompt, accurate, excellent service!

I have ordered the vintage desk calendar each year from Laywine's. Ordering & payment is easy; the calendar arrives promptly and is securely packed to prevent bending and damage. I love the vintage series of desk calendars particularly the dogs and the Paris editions. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Laywine's for 30 years. Their selection of fine paper and writing implements is second to none and no matter what I am buying, a small calendar or a beautiful pen, I am always treated as if I were the most important customer they have. Thank you!

Laywines website is easy to navigate and is a long standing Toronto institution that I am happy to support. The special edition Lamy fountain pen and inks I ordered were well packed and arrived within 2 days of my order (no charge shipping). Very happy camper.

I would have preferred to have my name embossed on the calendar. Also, a pencil or pen (enclosed in the binding) and choice of colors for the calendar would have been preferred.

Order process was user friendly, delivery was quick and no delivery charge was appreciated.

Very fast shipping, the items arrived in perfect condition and as expected, and the handwritten note was a nice touch! I will shop here again.

Easy to access website and delivery was fast!

This company was awesome! Thank you so much for making both my order’s enjoyable!

Delivery was very prompt and the package was wrapped securely. I love my new pen with a colourful metal case.
