Fast delivery, great notebook paper quality. I got what I expected. Thank you.

Ink was shipped promptly and arrived on time. The price was extremely reasonable as well as shipping cost. Will order from them the next time I need ink cartridges.

Good Customer Service as always—/— wish you would be open on Sundays again——- most of my shopping ventures are done on Sundays——/much less traffic!!!!

Very happy with the product. The online order I purchased was processed well and delivery the same day.
Packaging was very professional.
I would be certainly purchase again with Laywine

The store carries quality items, the staff is helpful and accommodating.

Beautifully packaged and secure at the same time. I also received my items in good time. I loved how they contacted me personally and ensured that I would get my items in a timely manner. (I ordered during a holiday) This store has so many beautiful things. Their standards continue from items to gracious customer service to delivery. Top notch all the way!!

It leaked between pen and coverter from the moment I filled it, trying two different brands of ink. Soon after, it stopped writing at all, except for brief moments after it had sat for a while (nib up).

Unfortunately, the parts provided do no fit the older Parker fountain pen I have, but I could not tell that from the website pic.

Great choices online. Personal service. Quick delivery.

The ordering process is so smooth and the packaging makes it so special to open.

Nice selection and easy online order process.
Will certainly purchase from them in the future.

I got a prompt response to my enquiry, with link to the product I normally purchase. Notified when product became available and online purchase for delivery is very convenient.

Very helpful when I messed up my order.
All resolved quickly.
Great service and fast delivery.
