I am late reviewing my experience which was actually 21 September 2025 but the calendar will not allow me to go any further back than 365 days before today's date which is 30 September 2026.

I'm giving this company 5 stars even though I really honestly wouldn't say the paint effect resembles Antique Bronze. The photos of this colour option on the website are slightly more representational than what I ended up with, which was basically an extremely light dusting of brown paint dry brushed over a black background; the total effect being so subtle that it actually just looks like black wrought iron furniture rather than anything remotely like bronze.

I understand that the paint effect on these pieces is done by hand, so it must take a huge effort to achieve anything near the intended effect. However, as I'm skilled and capable in this field I applied the paint effect myself using metallic bronze enamel paint applied only over the areas which would naturally receive wear. I actually enjoyed doing it which is why it has not affected my scoring of the company- the pieces are beautiful and being aluminium will last a lifetime with no risk of rusting.

I bought the Rose table with April chairs bistro set and two seat/back cushions in gold. For less than £400 you have the effect of something that looks at least double the value. Maybe the paint effect issue on mine was from a faulty batch, but it's no problem because I've sorted that issue out. It's all just personal taste- another customer might be happy with the paint finish, so no harm done.

The furniture is lovely although one of the chairs had a small defect and instead of being completely dark there is a white mark. It looks stunning against my new patio which is not fully completed but I will forward a photo when it is!

I was really impressed with this company and the quality of the bench when it arrived. Excellent customer service both on the phone when ordering and by email when I had a delivery query.

treid to get some spare parts for my older metal sun loungers and kenton of the service team went above and beyond the call of duty, so helpful and quick, would recommend highly, have also purchased a new table and chairs recently which we are very pleased with, top company and staff, 5 stars

Items arrived quickly and were straightforward to assemble. It all looks good in the garden and we'll be able to use it all in the winter.

Ordered a June table and six April chairs antique bronze and six Curve back cushions. All arrived very quickly and undamaged. Easy to put together and looks great.

Excellent fast service unlike the complexity of assembling the Jasmine two seater garden bench - took over two hours needing ideally four pairs of hands as cleanly fitting the four parts snugly I found impossible having to adapt the fitting instructions eventually assembled but the backrest part still did not fit properly. A video showing and recommending how to assemble with tips, would be very useful.
Lastly, surprised Lazy Susan do not offer for sale an optional specifically tailored cover one could add to the purchase as an extra.

Lazy Susan website very easy to negotiate. This furniture was bought to compliment set we bought a few years ago. Very good quality and they weather exceptionally well. No need to find winter storage. Would not hesitate to recommend and family/friends have already purchased 😊

Amazing after sales care! I want to say thank you to the team as the paint on my outdoor chairs started to peel. I sent a picture, even though they were just outside the 3 year warranty period, they provided me with a full replacement within the week!

The table & chairs arrived as scheduled and were very well packed to avoid any damage. The assembly instructions were clear and it was pretty straightforward to put everything together. We are very pleased with the look & quality of the Flora table and Rose chairs. Would definitely recommend Lazy Susan for garden furniture.

After giving a table I purchased from Lazy Susan Garden Furniture a poor review, I received an unexpected but very polite telephone call from customer services.The review I had given compared the quality of the table to be inferior the other Lazy Susan furniture I had purchased on other occasions and that I was disappointed.I have now been informed that I probably purchased my table from a different quality range from my previous purchases and my small complaint has been dealt with in a very efficient and polite manner, first class customer service

Well made, sensibly designed, improved assembly over earlier model and good value. Delivered promptly and completed without difficulty.

Overall experience was good. Customer Service were very responsive and helpful. I was surprised it took a few days for the furniture to be dispatched. When it was collected by the Carrier, one of the items was lost but eventually found.
Delivery was great. Had a problem with one of the poles for the umbrella was bent but this was quickly resolved by Customer Service who quickly sent out another umbrella.

Easy ordering, staff very friendly. Beautiful set, really comfy chairs But....... Didn't realise it was self assembly. Not for that price. You'll need some patience 🙏
