Inclusivity
I have a mental health disability and I was extremely anxious about dealing with an agent. When we approached Leaders and Phoebe Cross led the process, my whole experience was immensely calm, clear, organised, and it showed attention to detail and caring for the clients. Phoebe cross was an amazing person who helped us through out our enquiries that we have made for 2 properties in Stansted area.

I really Can not thank Libby from the bishop stortford branch enough, only got in touch yesterday morning and now moving into my rental room hopefully on friday.

Phoebe was ace, really helpful over the phone, arranged a viewing on short notice and was very knowledgeable on the property and area. Absolute nightmare and nothing but empty promises
My experience with Leaders has been shocking from start to finish. After viewing the property and agreeing an offer, I was told the property was tenanted but that the tenants would be out by the time completion took place. Four months later, when I asked for an update, I was suddenly told the tenants were not even aware they were expected to leave, and that I would have to complete the purchase with tenants still in place.
This was only disclosed after I had already obtained my mortgage offer and progressed everything, despite this being an equity release purchase. I have now completed, and three weeks later I still have no clear information about the tenants or when I will be able to access my property.
I have been repeatedly promised that this would be sorted, but nothing has happened. On top of that, I have not received any rent from the tenants.
I am an investor and have dealt with many property transactions, but I have never come across such an unprofessional service or so many broken promises. Very disappointing
