Brooke was friendly and professional. No question was too silly. We didnt feel pressured into making a decision and there was no 'hard sell' which we really appreciated

We had such a lovely experience dealing with Holly. She was friendly, helpful and really easy to speak to from start to finish.
She took the time to answer my questions properly and made everything feel straightforward, which we really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed, and she came across as genuine, professional and kind.
It makes such a difference when someone gives great service but still feels approachable and human. Thank you, Holly — we really appreciate your help and would happily recommend you.

Holly - Bromsgrove Listers
Me and a friend had plenty of viewings yesterday, with one including a property that was being rented out via this estate agent. We were greeted at the property by Holly, who I have to say was excellent at her job.
I would say the majority of estate agents we met with the difference between others and our experience with Holly was night and day. She was very talkative, made you feel comfortable with asking questions and made casual conversation whilst we filled out the forms which made her stand out against other estate agents (from other agencies). She was very professional and had an answer for any questions we asked without the need of any notes.
The property was excellent but, admittedly, the professionalism and how Holly was during our viewing made us feel comfortable with proceeding with renting a property through Listers, giving us that extra assurance that this property was right and Listers were the right estate agency to go through.
The communication with her since the viewing has been extremely quick and very thorough, which has helped massively.
Overall, a great impression from her on behalf of Listers, who I will definitely be recommending friends to consider if looking to rent or purchase a property.

The worst esate agents I've ever come…
The worst esate agents I've ever come across. They rip you off, they don't get work done that's been needing urgent attention and fixing for over a year. And Alice Gladd likes to open mail that's addressed to tenants (criminal offence) so she needs to quit and be jailed. Would not recommend these at all unless you're looking for an estate agency that have no clue what they're doing and just want to screw you over. They make fake accounts to put good reviews too. Sad sad agency.

Contracts need careful reading
I just want to advise landlords to read their Leaders contracts really carefully. They have a clause which they believe enables them to continue acting as managing agent when the landlord has given notice. This is a specific Leaders clause.
This includes warning tenants to stop using gas appliances 6 months after Leaders stopped being the managing agent.
