Leaders - Kings Norton Opiniões

We’ve recently moved to Birmingham from London and after having dealt with a multitude of dodgy agents we really came into the Birmingham market extremely cautious and not knowing what to expect. We had an amazing letting agent Louise Kulczycki, who really went the full nine yards for us. She was responsive, flexible and super supportive. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area which was a huge plus and gave more details than we could ever dream of! We were able to decide on a property quickly and the process was refreshingly smooth. I strongly recommend them to anyone I know planing to move in the area or considering relocating to Birmingham.

I am pleased and honoured regarding the service provided by Leaders especially from Claire Ayers and Sue Carter. The whole experience through them is very friendly and exceptional. I would highly recommend them as they are definitely the Leaders in the property GAME .

Dear Leaders,
With sadness in my heart I write this to you as I am in the code at 12:52am where I moved into a house yesterday and by today the door is faulty and I can’t gain access into the room I paid for.
All attempts to open the door proved abortive and here I am with no jacket, asthmatic and drenched in the rain. I just want to say thank you for renting out without checking all furniture and fittings.

Aimee is always so helpful and so on point with all the queries we have .
Whenever I have emailed/phoned with a with a query, Aimee has always responded swiftly and has looked into the matter and has it resolved in no time .
Excellent customer service.
Thanks Aimee!

I had an issue with a mistake innocently made and Aimee from Kings Norton was straight onto the issue and helped me right away, i really appreciated this she was really helpful!

We have been tenants with leaders for the past 2 years. They have been an excellent estate agent, helping us find a house in the peak of the COVID pandemic and being readily available for communication every time we have needed it. Our property manager Aimee Taylor has been very helpful with any request. I would happily recommend Leaders in Kings Norton to anyone looking to rent.

Big thank you to the Property Manager Aimee at Kings Norton Birmingham. I was worried for quite a while regarding my future tenancy especially during these tough times and needed a more secure contract at my residence. Aimee did the leg work to get things completed with my landlord and did it in good time as well. Thank you.

I have just completed a purchase through Leaders, Kings Norton and Claire Ayres was outstanding throughout the process. She was readily available to address all our enquiries right from the first time we viewed the property to the date we got the keys. I will also like to thank Sue Carter who ensured that the purchase progressed as expected. Outstanding experience. Thank you.

Can't recommend leaders enough. Everyone who dealt with the house sale were extremely professional. Sue Claire and team. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us.

Very pleased with the service from Leaders, Kings Norton.

I raised a concern regarding the fences that are owned by the property next door to move that were in a state of disrepair; I recieved a professional and kind response from Aimee Taylor stating that a contractor will be visiting the property to assess for repairs; I had stated in the email that I had recently moved in and was touched by Aimees’ thoughtful response to my email regarding my recent move- a little care like this costs nothing, and this little act of kindness and humanity was gratefully received after a manic Monday at work. I would happily recommend Leaders kings Norton to friends and family that were looking to rent/buy/sell as a result of this positive exchange as it shows they care about people, not just properties.

Very happy with how mahema from the kingsnorton branch delt with my inquiry as to how to report a repair online she went above and beyond and also sent me a link to make it easier for me ,so thank you mahema for the great service. 😊

I have recently moved in to a property with leaders and there have been a few things that have needed sorting . Aimee Taylor who is my property manager has been a star ! She has put me at ease and answered any of my questions quickly and got straight on to anything I have put forward to her .

I would like to say that you have the best Sales Agent/Negotiator in Claire Ayres. I would not hesitate to use Leaders in the future thanks to her. She is outstanding. She calls after most viewings to give updates and feedback. She deals with your case as though it was hers. In my 5years in this industry, I have never seen a better Estate Agent like Claire. I also want to give great feedback to Sue Carter my Move Manager, she followed up to ensure there are no delays whatsoever. Very impressed. Charles Avworho of Prized Properties Ltd

Well what can I say about Leaders. Absolutely brilliant.
The whole process,.from setting up my tenancy, to moving in it was plain sailing all the way and the staff are lovely.
Where they really shine is Property Management. My Property Manager Mahema is an absolute gem! I had problems with my Housing Benefit, and she was so supportive and full of advice on ways to get my issue resolved. She helped me through a really stressful time. Leaders Managers should take note of this lovely young lady. She is a credit to you and she deserves a huge pat on the back. She's always at the end of the phone or on email, eager to help. Her customer service is superb and I seriously can't thank her enough. Even when it comes to repairs, she ensures the job is complete. Mahema you are a credit to Leaders and they are very lucky to have you. I'm so grateful for everything you've done.
