Leaders - Luton Opiniões

Bilal Raqeeb took care of everything from A-Z, extremely helpful and responsive. I was left to do the bare minimum

Fantastic service, thank you Bilal

This is the 2nd time I am moving to a property managed by Leaders Ltd. Both times I had a wonderful service from Luton branch. Specially need to mention the name of Mr. Malik Miah. His service level is excellent and he is very professional. Thanks so much for everything..!

The process was swift and stressful.Malik Miah was amazing and helped make the process seamless ..thank you

Bilal has been exceptionally welcoming and reassuring throughout the entire letting process. From the very beginning, he was supportive and attentive, helping ease any concerns I had. His calm and friendly approach made everything much smoother, and he always took the time to clearly explain each step along the way.
What truly stood out was his excellent communication and honest guidance. He was transparent about both the pros and cons, which helped me make informed decisions with confidence. Thanks to Bilal, the whole experience was stress-free and positive.
I genuinely appreciate his support and professionalism.💯
I wouldn’t consideranyone else for future property needs.
Highly recommended🙏🏻

This is my second time renting through leaders with BILAL RAQEEB! Again, he is an amazing agent who goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running smoothly and done in a timely manner with upmost great respect and he is very communicative ensuring i was kept informed throughout. If you are looking for an agent Bilal is your person to go to. Thank you very much Bilal again for all your help and helping me with my new property!!

I had a really good experience with Bilal Raqeeb from Leaders. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The process of renting was made smooth thanks to the clear communication.
What really stood out was his friendly and approachable manner—nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and Bilal was always quick to respond to any queries.

Bilal Raqeeb has been a very good agent as he always makes sure that things are understood, he calls to check up and make sure that every process is made easy and easy understandable , working with him made the process a successful one …. I will highly recommend him ………. Thanks Bilal you are a superstar of an agent!!

I and my partner needed a place to live at a very short time. We contacted Leaders after identifying a property that suits our needs and they responded hastly. We were booked in for viewing and because we had already seen the property photos, we took it on. The estate agent Bilal was very commumicative even in off work hours. They made sure we get all details of our tenancy agreement and were not in a rush.
However, the inventory report had a bit of minor irregularities. But were able to sort that out. Otherwise I totally recommend Leaders.

I found Bilal Raqeeb and his colleagues really helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

I would not recommend leaders. They are quick only during the application process but once you start renting with them but when there is issues with property that needs fixing or noise complaints they do not respond and it takes months for repairs to be done. In addition I’m currently renting in their new build apartment blocks and they are the worst new build apartments ever, the insulation is poorly done you can hear everything from people above my flat and below. I’ve tried to cancel my tenancy so many times but they say no. I’m warning everyone that the new builds on Hastings street LUTON are shit and super small not worth the price and they are badly built. STAY CLEAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I’m currently waiting for tenancy to finish then I’m out of this dump.

Caitlin was exceptional throughout the process. She made sure she responded ASAP to all messages. Only few agents respond to wassup messages but that wasn't her. She's simply simply amazing 👍🏻.

Had a great experience finding a property with LEADERS .

I am very happy with their service! I would like to say a big THANK YOU for one of the best estate agents Diana Harag! She was very professional, helpful and friendly.

My first contact with your establishment was via telephone with Mr. Richard Sharp. My particular circumstances were somewhat anomalous. Within five minutes of conversation Mr. Sharp recognized the circumstances required urgent and special handling. He immediately committed to assisting and delegated Ms. Caitlin Whybrow to conduct viewings the following day. Ms. Whybrow also affable and courteous, showed me the two available units in the postcode of preference; one of which I chose. The process thereafter was handled by both Mr. Sharp and Ms. Whybrow with professional courtesy and empathetic urgency. It's has been a great pleasure liaising with these two professionals. Also, other staff in the office who were not directly involved with my tenancy, were also courteous and welcoming. The atmosphere in the office is conducive to growth and development. I will most definitely recommend and will continue to patronize your service in the future.

Very professional. My agent, Diana was very friendly, and showed genuine interest in me as a person rather than just a client 😊

Happy with the experience ☺️

Bilal showed us around the property patiently, and he discussed in details about the property and we showed interest, Bilal helped us with the onboarding as soon as possible

Bilal Raqeeb was really professional and patient.
If there’s more than 5 star review he deserve it.
He was fast about the onboarding.
