We wanted to help our lovely tenants with the cost of living by reducing the rent during a period of mat leave. After a rather shaky start re organising this (apparently unusual request) Nick Hawkins arrived - took this on and arranged a process with the accounts dept whilst keeping us and our tenants in the loop - thanks Nick!

My recent rental property experience with one of LEADERS Consultant Ms. Victoria Grandison, she was highly knowledgeable about the property. She addressed all queries proactively, offering additional support. Her calm and supportive follow ups made the entire process smooth and stress free. She remained available throughout and coordinated everything clearly, informatively and courteously. Fully satisfied with the process.

During my time dealing with leaders I found my experience very good, especially Victoria. As she went above and beyond to insure things went smoothly. I thought she was and is a great person for this job. I can see her going up the ladder in her courier with her attention to detail and her enthusiasm for her role . Leaders has been managing our flat for many years now, and we have never had much need to follow up on anything as it has all run seamlessly.
