A great Oak door at a good price. Used a clear stain on them along with black hinges and thumb latches and they look fabulous. Would definitely recommend.

Poor standard
Purchased 6 louver doors, described as painted and ready to hang…they’re primed, with filler poorly applied, dents and marks all over, out of wind.
Doors were being hanged in pairs, with two doors laid next to each other - the middles are touching with 5-6mm gaps on the tops and bottoms.

NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE
They tried to help but after the mess they created but still not very compassionate. the way they said they put extra box of one flooring infact many of the tiles were damage but when I email them they never responded to it. and When i call and spoke to abigail she said the guy was on holiday and he will call me or reply my email that never happen either.

Poor delivery Service
The product was good and the delivery came when i was informed it would but I'm scoring this as a 3 star because of delivery. I bought the product online and it was not until i completed the purchase including the £29 delivery charge that i realised i had to wait 14 days for delivery from LEEDS to Glasgow.
This was clearance stock so it would have been ready to ship immediately.
Leader Trade need to improve their delivery especially when charging such a high amount

Always offer me great prices, my account guy Stuart helps me out when I need stuff sorting and doesn’t try and constantly sell me things like other well known companies. Probably deserves a bonus. Overall never had a bad experience yet and look forward to shopping again.

I am not satisfied with the door I…
I am not satisfied with the door I received. upon inspection there are visible scratches on the surface and lot of damages, which is very disappointing for a new product. I expected better quality and attention to detail. I hope the seller addresses these issues promptly.

Door damaged on arrival and not wrapped and door handle missing still not received a call or email back.
Despite the response below Abigail from leader trade will not refund my damaged and unwrapped door or missing handle this needs to be escalated as I am finding the correspondence extremely aggressive and unhelpful.

Thank you for your review, and we’re very sorry to hear about the condition in which your door arrived and the delay in communication regarding the missing handle.
We’d like to kindly clarify that the item purchased was a B-Grade door, which is sold at a reduced price due to minor cosmetic imperfections. These products are clearly described as such at the point of sale, and while some marks or blemishes may be present, they should still be fit for purpose and handled with care during delivery.
The lack of wrapping and the missing handle are not acceptable, even for B-Grade items, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Liberty Oak Internal Doors look great
