Scheduled the online appointment. Was on the call five minutes prior to my appointment. Stayed on the call for 20 minutes after my appointment time. Got an email that said thank you for your telehealth visit. Logged into my account and it said my appointment had been canceled. Called customer service. They were not helpful at all. Just be aware you will not get a refund if you cancel.

Company is an absolute FRAUD and SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!! Their so called payient portal is basic and doesn't function. They have no chat or conversation history. It's another overnight pop up brand thats the same as AltRx and TrinityMeds (Google the parent company). They keep spinning up these new companies because of all the complaints and reporting to FTC, BBB, and FDA. Placed an order from them and days went by with nothing and had to send repeated emails, only when I notified them to cancel and I was contacting the bank did they respond with a link to cancel. I then asked about the timeframe for a refund. No response, Filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and FTC complaint to which LeanMeds replied their policy is once a customer enters their payment information and clicks submit, you are not eligible for a refund because of the "time and effort" to create a profile. They claim you can only cancel future orders. They then replied to the BBB complaint alleging they had contacted me and provided the order details and tracking number of the shipment. I went in and took pics of the portal showing absolutely nothing had taken place on my file, I had never spoken with any Doctor and under the "Orders" tab, No Orders was in clear view. I provided the evidence to the BBB and FTC to further investigate. I have conta ted my financial institution and they are handling the dispute and stopping payment. DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THIS FRAUD AND SCAM!!!! Pay the 119/mo and enjoy Embody who is much more professional and organized.

I've been waiting a week for the meds and still don't have them. Their site states 2-3 days you will receive the meds. I tried calling to see where it was, and you are put on permanent hold. Waited 2 hours, and no one ever came. They send you an email every stay stating there is a delay, but no other details as to when you will receive it. Stay away and learn from my poor experience.

Absolutely horrible. More expensive than other options, but they stated 3 month supply in one shipment which was necessary for my travel schedule. As soon as they charge my credit card they say shipping every 4 weeks. Won't work. I won't be here. No refund. Can't cancel. Said they would pause, but now shipping. Ignore emails. Did contact call center and they said they would pause. But no. I'm fighting through credit card, but despite the advertised "cancel anytime" there is fine print that says "no refunds." You can cancel, but you will be charged.

My husband and I signed up. Took over a week for an appt for the consultation with the doctor. Keep getting delay emails. Their customer service does not respond to emails correctly. My husband received one addressed to Renee and it didn’t address his issues even. I called their 8005551234 number and it’s all Medicare scams or they hang up on you.

Fraudulent website. Do not trust. Website stated one medicine and didnt honor what they stated. When I requested refund they refused

When she tried to reach a human, it was a dead end. The autoreply promises a response within 24 hours, but days went by with silence. The customer service numbers don't work. One wouldn't connect at all, and the other rang through to a completely unrelated business.

So she's locked into a year-long commitment, out the money she's paid so far, with no product and no way to talk to anyone. We're now disputing the charges with her bank.

Based on our experience, I can't recommend this company. If you're thinking about signing up, especially for a 12-month plan, be very careful before handing over payment, because reaching a real person afterward may not be possible.
Has anyone here tried it? I’d love to hear about your experience with the company or GLP in general. Like what kind of results, side effects, cost, can I expect. Also is there anything I should do on my end to prepare before I start taking the injections?

I did get my prescription; however, it seems watered down, and it does not have the B12 that I requested. I am contacting my bank to not pay any more to this company. I am grateful that I did only order 1 month's supply, so I am not out that much money. I will be going back to my previous provider. I keep getting emails saying that I need to set my appointment for my coaching, but it doesn't let you. Then I tried to call one of the numbers that was provided, and it is out of service. The other number, 18005551234, I should have known then. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to continue advertising.

So now hes locked into a long plan, out the money he's already paid, with no product and no way to talk to anyone. We're disputing the charges through her bank now, which honestly seems like the only thing that actually works with these people.

Just be really careful about paying upfront when you can't confirm you can reach a real person.

SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT BUY!

I have been receiving emails saying they're processing my prescription, but I've never even talked to anyone since signing up. Not by email, not by chat, not by any means. I have sent multiple emails asking to speak to someone about the dosage. The autoreply says someone will get back within 24 hours. It's been over a week with no response. I'm also now getting messages saying that the prescription is "delayed". 😑

The customer service numbers are fake as well. One "can't be completed as dialed" and the other number goes to some other business. The caller ID that comes up for it says it's a theater.

I'm filing a complaint and a charge back request with my bank. These people are TOO SKETCHY!

They were quick to prescribe me my triz unfortunately they used a boothwyn pharmacy and they have very bad reviews for cross contamination
