Delivery is fast and customer service is Amazing. Family Find kindly gave us a grant to help turn my son with additional needs room into a sensory room. This website has loads of options that help with all the sensory needs my son struggles with.

I ordered a projector from Learning space and had issues with it once it arrived. I contacted Learning Space and Niamh responded to my email promptly. She reached out to the manufacturer and forwarded their response. Thanks to Niamh.. she made a possible stressful situation resolved quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Brilliant service from the team. We received emails right away, the transaction was smooth and we were kept in the loop about delivery and options to speed things up and change product if necessary. Brilliant customer service and communication!

I have had multiple interactions with their customer service team and they have always been friendly & helpful.
I reported an item becoming faulty, the team quickly reached out to the supplier & refunded the item as soon as the supplier confirmed it.

I also love that they send you regular reminders when your funding is expiring to make sure it’s not wasted, they can even make a bundle for you based on your balance.

When I first used the website, I had a few items in my basket but I didn’t know how to apply my funding. Someone from their team contacted me because they could see I kept trying to check out. Very helpful.

Customer service was excellent can’t fault it at all. Some items were out of stock however the team informed me when these were coming in stock so I they could pre-order for me. The team were quick to rectify issues with my order and I was extremely pleased with their proactiveness to fix this. The team were friendly and informative, would recommend calling or emailing to order.

This company has been nothing but helpful from start to finish. The range of resources and the quality of items we have received is excellent. Any communication has been dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently. We will continue to use this company for all future ordering also due to our extremely positive experience.

I recently purchased a safe space travel bed for my son from Learning Space and my experience from start to finish was amazing.

I personally had to return the bed I purchased purely due to it not being the right fit for my son but the bed itself was amazing, the communication from the team and the refund process was all very smooth, possibly the best experience I’ve had ordering from anywhere online, I could t recommend enough!

I also received a chocolate bar and a hand written note when the bed first arrived, it was a lovely touch!

Ordered back in April. Received 1 thing from the order and they have ignored all emails since asking where the rest of the order is. Can’t do a charge back as it was a voucher from family fund.

Received the rest of my order, after some back and forth. Providing them the screenshots showing I have been trying to contact them. Since then they have been trying to flag my review. Replaced one of my items with something I said I didn’t want, as it was unsafe for my children. Quite disappointed. Have been offered £20 credit.

I placed an order for sensory equipment, one of the items was not in stock, however the team worked hard to process everything and it has all arrived safely today. Thank you for all your hard work and advice regarding suitable equipment, it has all been very much appreciated.
