Had a few issues but it was so easy to speak to customer service team who went above and beyond in helping to resolve my issues. All the staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful, kind, patient , understanding and a pleasure to deal with. All issues were quickly resolved. Thank you so mucb

I met Andy Hazley, one of the training managers of Learning Space, at an autism conference in Dublin recently. He was enthousiastic, approachable and very knowledgeable about how sensory toys can be used, and in general on the needs and wishes of sensory sensitive people. We were allowed to test out multiple sensory fidgets during the conference (they had also equiped the quiet room with them, aside from their booth in the hall). As a psychiatrist I have come across many fidgets the past few years, and I'm impressed by the durability and how fun they are to keep using. Even days later the products were fresh to the feel and enjoyable. Now I'm back in Belgium, and it's time for me to get a big sensory toys/fidget haul from them!

This website is the best I had trouble checking out and knowing what would be best for my little girl and they messaged me back straight away with different options when I was ready to order because I was struggling to check out using the family fund they placed the order for me and also added extra bits so my daughter was getting the full amount used would recommend everytime

Learning Space is a brilliant company that adheres to the needs of neurodiverse children and really does offer a vast selection of sensory toys and equipment for children with unique play needs. Learning SPACE company have such a great variety to cater for people with special needs. They even helped me find a wonderful swing seat with a frame for my son who has autism and a lot of sensory needs. I will definitely be using learning SPACE again.

I had an issue with the first tyre deflating very quickly. I spoke with customer service who asked for photo/video evidence to pass to the manufacturer, which I sent. Within a couple of days the manufacturer sent me a new tyre direct, and its perfect. The children love it. Even the toddlers can hold on and bounce (with parental support of course). Every age from toddler to 6 love it, they especially love the fact they can all do it together, and it's really good exercise for them.
Even though there was a fault originally, it was all sorted out very quickly and amicably, so I am really happy with my experience and the product. Thank you.

Very helpful to me this morning

Our school placed an order for some large pieces of equipment for our outside classroom. My contact was Niamh, and she was amazing. All of my questions were answered extremely promptly, and she was polite and friendly at all times. I couldn't have asked for a better, or more professional service.
