Jack was really helpful as I ummed and ahhed about whether to do the course. He answered all my questions quickly and even honoured the discount that was active when I first enquired. I'm very much looking forward to my course in the knowledge that this is the level of support I'll receive.

Great course, super tution from Micheal Freeman and great office support from Jack. The foundation course in photography is very well designed and delivered. I found it very informative and thought provoking which has positively changed my approach to photography.

Bought for a Christmas present and had a slight problem gifting the access code. The Christmas break meant it was some time before the problem could be remedied so have not started the course yet but it looks great.
The support team were really helpful sorting out my glitches and I will certainly be using the site for further learning.

I bought the Garden Design Diploma (Expert support) version as I needed to study remotely. I have had nothing but issues for several months now. There has been no feedback from my tutor since November and no resolution to the problem she and I are experiencing. I have sent countless emails to support with no replies. There is no interaction with fellow students either. The Garden Design Diploma has no coherent plan of lessons and is just stitched together mini courses that you can buy separately. I have asked for a refund back in December 2025 but have not heard anything back. Reading other reviews, I will also report to the RHS, and pursue a refund through the courts. Disgraceful.

I think the description of the "interact and discuss with other students" is a little misleading, when there are no other students in the class!
Also, I received a "message from your tutor", but there are no messages on the learning site.
The course content could be a little more self-contained, rather than require independent research. Although, there is nothing wrong with educating ones self, the course description may have been a bit "generous" in that regard.

They need to respond to emails. I have requested assistance, advice, and various forms of support, but have not received any response. They are suitable for an online course, but when it comes to getting help or feedback, there is often no support available. There is no phone number provided—only a form that relies on someone eventually responding.

There should be no stars as they don’t even deserve 1 star! I realised this course was not fit for purpose within days of enrolling. The links don’t work, the course is badly cut & pasted together & not RHS Horticulture standard. The platform is glitchy in so many ways it makes it difficult to navigate & it kept logging me out & then when logging back in kept throwing up error messages… I have tried to contact learning with experts about 11 times since - through all forms & no one has bothered getting back to me. I requested a refund within 3 days & again since many times. Not one response….Yet they can send me endless sales emails & even an email from a person to push more onboarding of students but there is literally zero support - no phone number to call & all requests for help totally ignored… I am in the process of having to put an official complaint in to RHS as this provider is so unprofessional. RHS know about Leaning with Experts being a problem - the person I spoke to said there have been many similar complaints so I write this review to save others being £1000 out of pocket so far & having the rig morale of potentially having to take them to court to get my money back - so utterly disappointing

I would not recommend Learning With Experts.
I have been attempting to register for my RHS exams since September 2025. Despite repeated emails, LWE failed to respond for extended periods, leaving me without confirmation that I was even registered for the exams I am paying to sit. As of January 2026, this issue remains unresolved.
This has caused extreme and entirely avoidable stress and loss of valuable revision time. RHS is aware that this problem is affecting multiple learners, yet the situation has not been resolved.
Academic support has also been very poor. It was impossible to obtain feedback for three units because the named tutor, Noel Kingsbury, was non-responsive. For a paid qualification course, the lack of tutor engagement is unacceptable.
The course materials are low quality and contain numerous errors, especially when compared with other online horticulture providers such as the Horticultural Correspondence College.
The online learning platform raises serious privacy concerns. Assignments are expected to be shared publicly with all learners. This feels inappropriate and privacy-invasive.
The video content is poorly edited which further detracts from the learning experience.
Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing experience. Between the lack of tutor feedback, poor materials, privacy issues, and serious administrative failures around exam registration, Learning With Experts has caused far more stress than learning should ever involve.

I have so far writen three reviews about Learning with Experts, The learning centre stated that I would get a full refund of the course fees, I have now wirten four times reminding them of this with both no responce and no refund. Please save your money and read all the responses before committing to this course. Personally I would no longer trust them for both their courses or promises of refunds.

Even though my refund request was outside the usual timeframe, they were very considerate and helped me immediately.

A well structured and professionally fulfilling course. The blend of online videos, supplied course notes and tutor marked assessments was perfect for me, at my pace. This enabled me to successfully pass the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Principals of Horticulture course.
The tutor was always willing and able to provide invaluable insight and guidance.

I’ve had a weird experience with them but I wouldn’t recommend. I purchased a course and had issues with the subtitles. I emailed them and this did get sorted. On the last part of the course half the video then had no sound so I couldn’t watch it . I emailed them and they apologised and told me to choose another course which they would give me free as an apology. I chose a course, 6 weeks, multiple emails, Facebook messenger messages later neither Jack or any other member of staff is responding and the course hasn’t been provided. There is no telephone number or live chat as others have stated and it’s disappointing and not an acceptable service so I would never use again.
Very well communicated, in-depth course. The feedback from the tutor has been in good time and very helpful. I feel that with the expert level, I'm getting one to one tuition.

Great course with some excellent tutors. Easy to follow and great resources for future access when course completed. Some of the links within the resources were out of date, but I am sure these are regularly updated.
Issues with exam entrance quickly rectified after I had to postpone exam due to a family bereavement.
