I had a rocky start to my apprenticeship (early years educator level 3) so when I was given my new provider and new tutors I got so much support to catch me up and make sure I was where I needed to be. During my course I was pushed to my fullest potential and had lots of words of wisdom. I was given useful feedback especially when I was being observed and when it came to my EPA. A massive thank you to Gemma Hares and Julie Hollingsworth who led me in the direction to getting a DISTINCTION!!

Amazing ONLINE ESOL corse
I am really upset becouse the online ESOL corse is ended. It's been an Amazing experience, I will miss everything about it.
Firstly I will miss my wonderful teacher Ava, during every lesson she was really kind, helpul,motivating,lovely and very qualified.
In addiction I will miss my classmates, it's been really beautiful meeting new people with different cultures.
I spent great moments during the class sessions, it was more than "just learning english", it's been an unforgettable journey.
Thank you very much to AKG Learning for giving me the opportunity to enjoy it.

I enjoyed the course a lot. It improve my grammar tremendously. The teacher is kind and very respectful. She values mine and the other students opinions I couldn’t ask for a better teacher. Lisa lead the three day get set course she is competent, and informative,good information, and suggestions, engaging with all members of the group,in a friendly ,yet instructive,professional manner a useful,tool for helping to get to the interview, point and beyond ,a distinct asset to someone looking fir work

I recently achieved a distinction in a Level 4 apprenticeship in Senior Housing & Property Management, with Sybil Brice as my tutor. Sybil was always on hand to guide me and answer any questions I had throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a real support to me! Thank you AKG & in particular Sybil! :)

I have Recently completed the level 4 Apprenticeship in Senior Property Housing and Management. I thoroughly enjoyed the couse and work really appreciate my tutor Sybil Brice who worked alongside me helping me to complete the course. Her commitment to helping me enrol on the course and identify areas of improvement allowed me to build on my knowledge and skills. Sybil was outstanding with her commitment towards me an I am very Grateful

On the get into education course with Christian, it was engaging and inspiring, helped me to learn about how the education sector works

I have recently completed the L5 ODM qualification with LearnPlusUs/AKG. After jumping straight from L3 into L5, I was slightly apprehensive about the time this would take to complete, alongside my busy role. I was assigned the most wonderful tutor, armed with the best knowledge, skills, experience and most wonderful personality - Andrea has assisted me through my development journey, in the most graceful and constructive way. Today I passed with a distinction, and could not be more grateful to Andrea for all she has supported me with; the learning, building my portfolio, challenging me to grow, empowering my strengths and helping me with my end point assessment.

For anyone questioning whether LPU/AKG apprenticeships are for you, just do it. I will hold this learning and the relationship I have built with my tutor, in high regard, and cannot thank her and AKG enough! This distinction is a testament to Andrea, not just me!

The course coach was approachable and professional. Course was delivered very well, it was well spaced out and easy to follow whilst allowing candidates to express freely

Christian Barrett who lead the courses i have just finished was incredible, he made learnplusus feel like a family rather then teacher and student.

The courses themselves was informative, helpful, rather interesting on the subjects such as get set or Anglian Water, I found it informative and motivational this course and Christian himself has really made me have confidence ein my abilities and found a way to display them correctly for interviews and how to layout and word my CV.

I undertook the Level 3 Housing Management Apprenticeship and Sybil was my tutor. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive tutor who always listens and understands and does her utmost to help. The experience wouldn't have been possible without her! Thank you!

Jennifer who ran the courses that I have took part in was brilliant. She listened to what I had to say and gave insight into what would help me. She has made me feel a lot more confident going back into work.

Taking this course was a little scary but after a little chat with my tutor; Kerri Moss, I felt confident and ready to gain new skills and knowledge. The course has been great as it has open or broaden my knowledge of care given roles, my moral and legal responsibilities towards the residents or users I support and especially doing so looking at their individual needs, best interests and overall well-being. I will cherish this opportunity and use the knowledge gained to help those I support in daily life and in care settings.

I have just completed the care certificate knowledge only course with Kerri Moss, she was absolutely brilliant. Each module was taught very well and with enthusiasm. I'm incredibly happy that I had the opportunity to take part in this course.

After a disappointing start to my apprenticeship, I was assigned a new tutor, I wasn't sure what to expect- but Sybil exceeded all my expectations within the first 15 minutes. Sybil immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with their approach. Sybil's encouragement, support and clear direction on what steps to take next made a huge difference. I felt listened to, guided and supported throughout the session. I left the learning session feeling positive and motivated. A good tutor from Learn Plus Us, I'm looking forward to the future sessions.

I have completed my level 3 early educator course with Learn plus us.
I work full time and have two young children which was a juggle at times however my tutor Gemma was always very supportive and helpful every step of the way.
The course was amazing and I have learned a lot.

I completed a a "Get Ready" 3 day course, through jobs 22 with Kulshuma. From start to finish it was an enjoyable experience. I was initially worried about what it would be like but Kulshuma is such a lovely person to be around.
My expectations were exceeded and I would happily do another course with Kulshuma.
There was alot to take away and Kulshuma has made that memorable because of the way she delivered. Even though it was a 3 day course I have learnt soo much.

Despite the trainer asking us to name her in the feedback, I have chosen not to. The course was unprofessional, inadequately prepared and delivered inappropriately by a trainer who lacked technical competence as well as presentation skills. It was also delivered without consideration for safeguarding or inclusion practices which was inappropriate given it was delivered to a group of strangers. The meeting etiquette was inappropriate, particularly for those with neurodiversity. The trainer was not in control of the session, and allowed another participant to dominate inappropriately. I will be raising a complaint as this was part of a government programme, restart, so likely funded with public money.
