Leasing my new car through Lease Car Direct was a genuinely positive experience.
From the first inquiry to the day the keys were handed over, everything felt easy and well-organized. Atul who dealt with my application was friendly, knowledgeable, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need.

The online application was clear and transparent, with all costs, terms, and mileage allowances laid out in plain language. I really valued the regular progress updates, which kept me informed without me having to chase for information.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered my new car in April & took delivery in June. Hard was brilliant throughout the whole process, keeping me updated every step of the way with excellent communication & incredibly fast responses to any question I had.
