I’m based in Canada and was honestly so impressed! My order arrived really quickly, especially considering it was during the holidays. The dress is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Shipping wasn’t expensive at all, which is always a concern when ordering internationally. I’m always on the lookout for new brands to love, and I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

I used a welcome discount for my first order. Was a measly $12 off. The item was over $100. I returned it. Now they’re saying they can only offer me store credit because if you use a discount, you’re no longer eligible for a refund. This was not clear AT ALL in the checkout process. It should be flagged. Also, I’m no longer eligible for a refund because of a $12 discount? I would understand if it was 40%+ off. Come on now. Shady business practices. Completely disappointed. Still waiting on them to make it right and refund me.

Do not order from this website!!! It is 100% a scam website. I ordered a wedding elopement dress and paid express shipping and shipping insurance and they dresses did not arrive until after they stated they would. I requested a refund because the WHITE, LONG GOWN can’t be worn again. They stated I could not return because the 10% discount code that they essentially force you to use means the dresses cannot be returned for anything except store credit. FL, CA, almost every UCC state’s case law would find that their return policy advertisement was not accepted by their online buyers. i.e. not enough to form a contract. This would make a great class action and I will refer the idea to my plaintiff’s law firm friends. The best part of all of this is that I accepted store credit and returned the dresses over 4 weeks ago and while I received the notification that they were to be delivered December 7, the last I checked the dresses were in Puerto Rico. Also, the quality of the dresses were quite frankly very poor and I will be posting as many reviews as I can and reporting the the Federal Trade Commission as well as the aligning state agency.

I absolutely love the Bali Bustier! I wear it all the time, whether I’m out in New York or just around my hometown, and it never disappoints. It’s so versatile and pairs perfectly with so many different outfits—plus, it’s amazing for layering. Seriously, this has become a go-to in my wardrobe, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I had the same experience as other customers. I bought a dress to try after seeing it on Instagram multiple times and during checkout it was not clear to me at all that using a discount code meant I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund to the original payment and could only receive store credit.

If a store has a non standard return policy like this, it should be displayed in HUGE, obvious print anywhere the discount code is shown not hidden, especially since they promote the welcome discount. Instead, the only way to find this information is by clicking into the return policy and scrolling down to a small section about sale items, which makes it clear they know exactly what they’re doing. It’s also frustrating to see that other customers are getting refunds back to their original payment methods while others aren’t. I have seen that other customers are getting refunds after posting reviews and going back and forth with the company. I but it was still an unnecessary hassle that could have been avoided with clearer, more transparent policies upfront. It’s especially disappointing since I kept one of the dresses — this really isn’t the way to keep customers coming back.

I purchased a corset top from Leau and it was slightly too small but the exchange process was quick and easy! The size up fits perfect and I’m happy with the quality. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about the return/exchange process but as long as you read the policies before purchasing (which people should always be doing) you should not have a problem. Would definitely purchase from Leau again!

I ordered a dress from LEAU to the UK for an upcoming party and I absolutely loved it. The material was extremely beautiful and high quality, and it arrived much quicker than I expected. The dress fit perfectly and looked even better in person. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The Raquel Babydoll Corset Mini Dress in Red was an absolute showstopper at my holiday party! I received compliment after compliment all night—it truly made me feel so confident and festive. Obsessed with all of my new dresses from Leau! They all fit so perfect and flatter my curves to look their absolute best. I wore the Mira mesh corset dress in red on my birthday and got so many compliments. The quality of the material was even better than I expected too. Shipping was fast! I am extremely unhappy with LEAU and their return policy. I should have gotten a refund or even an email when my return was processed, I was supposed to get a gift card apparently instead of a refund because I selected it in their “portal” which I hadn’t looked into even once which I was unaware of was the case or I would not have bought the dress to begin with. But there was not specifications about that and I was confused and unhappy. Requested a full refund because that was super misleading and unclear. Awful customer service, if you want a straightforward policy about returns, store credit etc. do not shop here online or be okay with just loosing money. Update: they still haven’t given me my money back. I feel pretty hopeless and truly can’t believe that a business that wants to be for women is making me have a perception of them like this. Not even able to use the store credit because the reason I returned a dress is because the sizing doesn’t even remotely work for me and my body. So just 250 dollars I just can’t get back. A really discouraging experience, very scammy and misleading return/store credit policy. Still wouldn’t shop here.

When I buy clothes, I wanna make sure I’m buying pieces that can kind of fit in a capsule wardrobe. So high-quality and doesn’t go out of style. I’d truly really feel like this brand embodies that to a T.
