The order came quickly and safely. The dress is great quality and the price was fair as well. I can’t wait to wear it in the summer. Customer service was quick and helpful as well.

I ordered 2 dresses for my elopement. The reason I ordered 2 is because one of the dresses I wanted was on preorder and I was worried it wouldn’t come in time. I followed their measurements for sizing on the site. The first dress arrived and it did not fit. Unfortunately the next size up was out of stock. This is when I found out that if you use a discount code you don’t get a refund, just store credit. After emailing and them responding quite quickly until I requested review for a one time exception of a refund. They stopped responding.
The next size up is now back in stock on their website. I’ve emailed requesting an instant exchange (they mention this as a possibility on their website) yet still no response. It seems I’ve made too much of a fuss and am now being ignored. What should be an exciting time shopping for a dress to be married in has turned into so much stress and disappointment.

I’m obsessed with this corset! The quality is amazing and it’s also surprisingly comfortable to wear. I’ll definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend adding one to your wardrobe, it’s a statement staple!

I truly appreciated the kindness and grace that was initially shown to me by the customer service team. I was reassured that my return for store credit would be prioritized once delivered, which meant a lot to me because I was trying to exchange the item in time for my graduation

Because of that reassurance, I sent my return back the same day I received the return label and trusted the timeline that had been communicated. Unfortunately, after the package was delivered and I followed up as instructed, it felt like the urgency and priority I was initially shown had faded, and the previous promises were no longer being honored. I was then asked to wait even longer despite doing everything on my end as quickly as possible.

What has been most upsetting is that I am now without a dress for my graduation photos because I relied on the store credit being processed in time to order the replacement. While the tone of the emails remained friendly, I wish there had been more consistency, follow-through, and understanding of how important this purchase was to me.

I ordered a dress for my university Graduation Ceremony. The dress was too small so I had to size up (error on my part). I was able to successfully process an instant exchange and I also emailed the company to find out if it would make it on time. I needed it delivered in 3 business days. I spoke with Lisa who immediately advised it would arrive on time with standard shipping but she also went ahead to process a complimentary upgrade to priority shipping. My order was shipped shortly after. This was my first time ordering from Leau and because of the exceptional first impression, I will be ordering again and again!

I’ve ordered from this brand twice. My first order arrived without any issues, but my second had some delays since it was a preorder. I reached out to customer service via email, and they responded quickly and politely. After contacting them, my package arrived the very next day. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would order again.

Do not purchase from here. They will do anything to take your money. When I cited clear customer consumer protection, they threatened a legal team all to stop me from getting my money back.

As it pertains to the garment. It is more sheer than depicted or disclosed in the product listing, which impacts its wearability and does not match the expectations set by the product images. The construction quality is also inconsistent with what was advertised. The stitching is visibly poor, and the corset boning is improperly constructed and does not provide appropriate structure or support expected from a corset-style garment. On top of everything, the size guide is inaccurate.

Lastly, they only offer discounts because they will not give you a refund once you use it. Horrible business practices and little care for consumers.

This website will give you a pop-up that gives you 10% discount on your first purchase. Little do you know in very fine line they say that if you use any sort of discount and you try to return the item, they will not give you your money back, but rather they will give you store credit.

They treat their 10% discount as their items on sale. This is extremely misleading as the dress I got was so small that it didn’t fit me. Also keep in mind that all of their stuff run extremely small. Also, when I returned it, I only tried it on never wore it. Returned it clean with the tags right after I received it. I asked for a full refund and all they gave me was stored credit. Why you ask it’s because I use the 10% discount that they treated as a holy drill for not giving you your money back.

I am extremely disappointed. This friend became very popular on TikTok and that is the only reason for their sales. I cannot believe that they made my search for my engagement dress so daunting and did not provide any solution solutions if they take a screenshot of their fine line and highlight it in an email when I ask for my refund back.

I am very disappointed and I genuinely would not recommend you purchase anything from there. Also, do not use their 10% discount because it is a trap.

Honestly, I questioned the ethics of their marketing team. That’s what happens when you value money more than you value your customers.

My daughter was stressing about finding a graduation dress as a lot of websites were sold out of her size. She finally found one and when I ordered it, I had it sent to my address versus to her college address out of state. I emailed customer support and they responded straightaway correcting the shipping address. They were so responsive and made a stressful situation all better. Thanks so much!
