Ordered a corset and a dress for my girlfriend and she was sooo happy 😍 She absolutely loved them and looked amazing in both. The quality and fit were perfect—definitely going to be getting one for my mom as well!

Obsessed with all of my new dresses from Leau! They all fit so perfect and flatter my curves to look their absolute best. I wore the Mira mesh corset dress in red on my birthday and got so many compliments. The quality of the material was even better than I expected too. Shipping was fast! Can't wait to wear the belle bustier midi dress on New Year's Eve!

I had such a great experience shopping at Leau. The clothing is beautiful, high quality, and clearly made with a lot of care and attention to detail. Everything fits perfectly and feels amazing to wear. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, and the packaging was really nice too. You can tell this brand genuinely cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be shopping here again and would highly recommend Leau to anyone looking for stylish, well-made pieces.

I am extremely unhappy with LEAU and their return policy. I should have gotten a refund or even an email when my return was processed, I was supposed to get a gift card apparently instead of a refund because I selected it in their “portal” which I hadn’t looked into even once which I was unaware of was the case or I would not have bought the dress to begin with. But there was not specifications about that and I was confused and unhappy. Requested a full refund because that was super misleading and unclear. Awful customer service, if you want a straightforward policy about returns, store credit etc. do not shop here online or be okay with just loosing money. Update: they still haven’t given me my money back. I feel pretty hopeless and truly can’t believe that a business that wants to be for women is making me have a perception of them like this. Not even able to use the store credit because the reason I returned a dress is because the sizing doesn’t even remotely work for me and my body. So just 250 dollars I just can’t get back. A really discouraging experience, very scammy and misleading return/store credit policy. Still wouldn’t shop here.

When I buy clothes, I wanna make sure I’m buying pieces that can kind of fit in a capsule wardrobe. So high-quality and doesn’t go out of style. I’d truly really feel like this brand embodies that to a T.

Editing to add: Their response to this review (below) says that they want to make this right and find a solution that works for me. When I replied via email to ask what they propose, they did not respond, even after follow ups. I've now escalated this with my credit card company.

I’m a bride and ordered a dress for my engagement photos. At checkout, an auto-generated “WELCOME” discount was applied — I didn’t add it myself. Nowhere did it say this would make my $300 purchase non-refundable. That restriction is buried in the return policy and was never disclosed during checkout OR during the return process. When I returned the dress, I was even allowed to select “refund,” but then was issued store credit instead.

I’ve seen other reviewers receive full refunds in this exact situation, yet I’m stuck with store credit and their customer service has been extremely unhelpful. It feels predatory to automatically apply a discount that quietly turns a purchase into a final sale. Extremely disappointing and not a transparent or customer-friendly practice.

I had questions about bridal dresses for my daughter’s upcoming wedding and customer service was very helpful. Responded quickly and recommended some options. Nice team.

I had a great experience ordering with LEAU! Unfortunately i had to make a return only because the color of the top i got didn’t look well with my skin tone. Besides that, the return experience was very smooth and easy to understand! I plan on continuing to order from them!

Ordered a dress for my engagement pictures dress is amazing quality but unfortunately was too small so ended up buying in the size up & returning the original. Customer service was excellent and very quick to respond - will definitely be purchasing from Leau again!

I purchased my engagement party dress from Leau, it was perfect. It fit like a glove and the quality was great. For a white dress it’s hard to get something that is not see through, this dress was double lined and not see through at all. I got so many compliments that night!

It was my first time ordering from this specific brand and I found out about it from Nordstrom. The first thing I noticed from my dress was the thick luxurious quality. It flattered me alot and I received many products. I will definitely be ordering new styles. Thank you Leau, Elena.

Extremely misleading shipping time. This is a low-quality, fast-fashion drop shipping company. Says 5-7 business days for it to ship from their warehouse in the US. In reality they wait for the Chinese manufacturer to produce and send to them first before shipping from their warehouse in the US. Needed my purchase in 8 days for a party. 8 days passed with zero updates. Emailed company and was told they will not cancel an order once placed. Received the shirt nearly a month after order. Now trying to return and cancel. The real rub is that they could just cancel the order because it’s runnin through their hands before it ever gets sent to the customer in the US. This is classic online garbage sludge. Playing the odds that the lazy American won’t bother to return it. Trash brand.
