Auf Nachfrage hat man bei “Le Creuset” einen Ersatzdeckel gefunden und uns als Kulanz zugeschickt, so dass wir unseren Bräter weiter nutzen können. Ich hatte meinen Screwpull Profi-Korkenzieher an einem zu harten Sektkork ruiniert. Er war vor vielen Jahren ein Geschenk. Ich hatte weder eine Rechnung noch eine Garantie. Die Firma Screwpull gibt es aber nicht mehr - sie wurde von Le Creuset übernommen, die dieses Gerät aber nicht mehr erzeugen. Trotzdem wurde mir sofort angeboten, dass ich den Korkenzieher kostenfrei!!! an Le Creuset einschicken kann, wo er auch prompt auf Kulanz kostenfrei!!! repariert und an mich zurückgeschickt wurde... Ich bin wirklich sehr beeindruckt und positivst überrascht - DANKE!!!
Le Creuset werde ich auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Le Creuset customer service has been so frustrating that it absolutely warrants one.
Despite spending hours trying to get help—both on the phone and via email—I received little to no response. Calls went unanswered or unresolved, emails were ignored, and at no point did it feel like anyone was taking ownership of the issue. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
The situation itself is even more disappointing. I paid for overnight shipping, yet my order was sent ground, immediately delaying delivery. To make matters worse, the package was shipped to the wrong address, which created an entirely avoidable mess. After all the time I spent tracking it down myself, there was still zero meaningful effort from customer service to correct the mistake or provide a clear solution.
Most concerning of all, one item from my order has still not been delivered or refunded. At this point, I’m left without the product I paid for, without reimbursement, and without any confidence that this will ever be resolved. I ordered a replacement piece through Willliams & Sonoma, which has already been delivered, while the piece I ordered from Le Creuset is still out there somewhere, apparently.
This experience reflects a serious breakdown in customer service, logistics, and accountability. For a company at this price point, customers should expect responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through. Instead, I encountered indifference and inefficiency at every step.
I sincerely hope this is addressed, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering directly from Le Creuset.

Worst customer service / product missing
We ordered 2x sea salt 16 piece dinner sets. We received a message to say Royal Mail has them and wants us to collect them from a depot which is 1hr away from our house. Why were these not delivered to our address as requested? I have contacted Le Creuset via the chat agent, no one replied for over two hours despite saying “you are next in line, average wait time 1 min”. I have then messaged on Facebook and had no reply. I have also tweeted and no reply. We spent £600 on a dinner set, have had terrible customer service, and the product was not even delivered to our house! What kind of company are you running here. This is totally unacceptable.

Crosse Bratkartoffeln
Seit Jahren nutze ich die Pfanne mit 28cm Durchmesser. Zuvor nutzte ich eine Eisenpfanne unter anderem für Bratkartoffeln, mit der Le Creuset Pfanne gelingen sie optimal, ebenso Reibekuchen oder Pfannkuchen, natürlich auch weiteres Kurzgebratenes! Der Anschaffungspreis lohnt sich nach kürzester Zeit, schon da die Pfanne unkaputtbar ist.
False advertising and shitty product
Bought two vacuum flasks for keeping soup warm. The flasks were warm on the outside, indicating that they radiated the heat away, and after just 4 hours at room temperature, the content was completely cold.
A complete and utter failure. Anyone selling a product like that *knows* they are selling garbage, so while I do like my Le Creuset dutch oven, they are now on my blacklist for life.

Love the products but Customer Service is terrible. I bought a kettle in October 2025, within days the handle of the lid came off and the lid hit the floor and was chipped - I contacted them straight away. I had to fill in a form with photos, proof of purchase etc. I then received a passive aggressive message telling me that it would take 3 weeks to come back to me not to contact them again otherwise I would go back to the bottom of the queue. Finally last month (3 and 1/2 months after contacting them) I got a message saying that they do not do lid replacements but they found an ex display one they will send me in 5-7days - I have still not received it and to be honest an “ex display” replacement lid is not really
the answer considering their product was faulty. It would appear I need to buy a new kettle, not but from them again and chalk it up to experience - what a shame.
Le Creuset has amazing customer service
I have bought many pieces of Le Creuset over the years. They have held up Great and been well worth the money in my opinion. I had one recently that really was my fault as far as the damage that was sustained. I left it on a burner with no water in it and it fused to my cooktop. I contacted the company with photos and told them what happened because they do have a very good warranty. They told me that this was not a warranty covered issue, but they went ahead and sent me a replacement pot anyway! Who does that? These pots are pricey, but they hold up for many lifetimes and to work with a company that has such incredible customer service is amazing.
Factory structural defect
Purchased a new 9qt deep round pot on February 14, 2026. Made chicken soup on Tuesday. While washing after I noticed a large "pimple" on the outside. I went back to the store today and was offered another port that also had a defect. The exterior coating was over sprayed on the top lip of the pan. I said no I paid almost $400 for this pot it's not a blemish or a second it had a "white label". The store personnel then called the manager on the phone there was NO manager in the store. They came back to the counter then told me they would file a warranty claim. I said why it's defective. They said the manager told them too. Now in case the stores don't know warranty only covers the interior of the pot. They 100% should know this . They had me leave the pot. I left the store and called corporate. They were nice they looked up my warranty claim and said it was already denied. They then asked how long I had it as they have a 45 day satisfaction guarantee. I said I had it 8 days. They said the store should absolutely refund it. There products are not great anymore. There is no quality control. And get this the store said I should have thoroughly inspected it before leaving the store. I asked why don't they do that?? No answer. The continued to say it was cosmetic. I didn't pay for a second or a blemish I paid a lot of money for what should have been a great pot. Instead I got a pot with a structural issue. This brand use to be great. Looks like maybe they are manufactured in China today.

They delivered it to the wrong house after i fixed it a couple of times so my friend didn’t get their birthday present. I call customer service and told me it’s my problem call the police department. 100$ gift . Don’t order from them!

sent me the wrog item, i paid for a 400 dollar item a nd got a 50 dollar item, then have been unable to submit a form online and on hold for over an hour now. This is sad, i spent money i needed on a nice pot for a gift and this is what i get. Screw this place, im beyond angry at this company.

My husband spent thousands on large sets of triple stainless steel which are ok and also bought the same in non stick NOW every single time I use them I feel angry and sick to my stomach at the ABSOLUTE shameful trash they are they are EVERYTHING BUT a non stick pan calling them EXPENSIVE garbage is NOT strong enough in my description of them!!!!

As much as I love the cookware I am very disappointed with their customer service. I placed an order for over $700 & it was shipped to the wrong address. No o e reached out to me so I contacted customer service. After waiting for 30 minutes on the phone I was told that I had to reorder the entire order and wait 7-14 business days to receive my refund. I have another order in my cart for over $1000 & now I’m wondering if I should go with another company. You would think that a company that has a reputation for high quality products would have high quality customer service. Extremely disappointing!!!
