No response to emails , no tracking number. I wasted 180eur for this scam. Report where you can this webshop!!

Do not order from these thieves. They won't send your package..they won't respond to your email..stay away from these thieves..I ordered bunch of things costing me over 1000euros and now I m going through hell getting my money back

Never to be used again ! I ordered smaller things, never had a problem, then i decided since everything went fast on delivery, why not order something more expensive, there as well, as it said IN STOCK, so i did.. it took them over 27 days to get me a proper tracking number, refund because of the time waited is not an option, they keep giving the same answer every time, will send tracking when we have it, so i understood that this company, is a dropshipping company, even said so on the package, not seller only sender or smtn like that, they order the items from the suplier, to your adress, even if it says in stock its not in their warehouse, maybe smaller things are, but not the more expensive or oversized things..
I personally will not use this company any more not even for smaller purchases

Ordered a transformer from them on the 9 of March. In stock it said. When I email them about the tracking number they say it has been sent but can not provide the number. It has been like this for the last 3 weeks. Will contact VISA on Friday to inform them about this handling.

Hey everybody. Let me tell you my experience with ledgrowshop.eu.
Unfortunately i ran into this trap and didnt check the reviews before i bought my growlight. So i have ordered 25. March and was waiting for the 24 hours processing and the 7 days shipping as they are stating on their website. Of course nothing happened so i started to emailing them. They responded for my all emails after 24 hours. At first i have got an answer that they didnt see my order and now it is going to be processed (two weeks later) and they will send tracking number soon. They didnt send any trackin so i kept emailing them and they kept repeating that my parcel is on its way and they give me tracking soon.
As nothin happened for more tha one month i decided to report them to the ECC EUROPE in 04 May. They were very helpful. After two days ECC got me my tracking number finally. And an other few days later i have got my tracking from ledgrowshop.eu. and the shipment just arrived to my country today. So it took me from 25 of March to 18 of May to get my order. I cant recommend them as their communication is 0. And they are not organised at all. Avoid them in any way! If you have problem report them to ECC (European Consumer Centre).

We ordered two growing lights on the 15th of April and haven't received them. Customer service keeps telling us that they are waiting for the tracking number from the warehouse. Unfortunally we missed these negative comments before ordering the lights and it seems that we're gonna lose our money.

Do not never ever order anything from this shop.

Délais excessivement long j’ai donc demandé l’annulation et le remboursement sans avoir de ma commande et ils me disent depuis deux semaine que la commande est en cour de traitement pour l’expédition!
Ne commandez rien sur ce site!
Je pense que comme beaucoup d’autres avis je ne recevrais jamais rien!

Edit 24 Mai 2022: il ne réponde plus à mes mails, pas de numéro d’expedition et ils ont supprimé mon mauvais commentaire sur leur site…

Dont even think to buy something on that BAD site...I ordered 6pc leds and i get only one.5weeks to waiting..I loosed many thousand euros..I whish totaly bad future for this company..go to thailand and drink my money and there is some boys for you

commande passez-le : 22.4.2022 17:05 à ce jour je n'ai aucun numéro de suivi cela fait des jours que je demande le remboursement et qu'ils font les sourdes oreilles quand on n'est pas capable de vendre ces produits on fait autre choses pour infos j'ai passé la même commande en Allemagne produite reçue 48 h plus tard chercher l'erreur faite ce que vous voulez mais vous ne serez pas sûr de recevoir vos commandes à bon entendeur salut

Lets wait until they give us dates , but at least the product is in good and well package. Lets hope the second one Arrives too !! With some more effort you can be the best !

Ordered mars hydro ts600. Support answering that they have shipped it and are waiting for the tracking number to be sent from factory. Same answer to all my emails. It has been now a month from the date I made the order. Seems like some people have received theyre products but Im still waiting for mine. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!! UPDATE - Finally after little more than a month the package has arrived. The customer support is horrible. The product works

Ordered several items with them early April. Paid for it using VISA. They still haven't arrived nor are they responding to my communication. They claim emails will be answered after 24 hours but this is not the case, they do no answer.

I have opened a dispute with VISA in the hope to get my money back. Seems like this site might be partially a scam or at very least very incompetent business. Avoid buying here.

I am watting for 2 years now for my lights thank God that i only paid 125€ to this theifs i Can now writte bad review all my life now it will be my mission to inform People you are scammers

Dont buy from these scammers i orderd a light two weeks ago 800+ got an email to say money was taking and order would ship soon after three days stil nothing from them so i emailed them to find out when it would be sent to me i never got a reply after a lot of emails to them stil nothing from them 2 weeks later so decided to buy another light from there site put it in the basket but didnt enter my bank details then they mailed me to tell me that the payment never went through but coudnt mail me about the light i already paid for karma is a b hope these scum get wats coming to them dont buy give the extra cash to someone else and at least you will recieve what you orderd

Total scam!! They are robbing people.
I ordered LED lights and some fans, the fans arrived but the LED didn't. They do this to everyone!
I found the guy who is behind this, his name is David Bukovjan from Czech Republic!
I have a lot of contacts on the police and I already talked with the Czech police to look for that guy.
They told me it will be easy with all the information I provided and they told me he will pay for this and will be required to pay for every order they scammed.
For anyone who is suffering from this scam just email me and we'll get this guy.

Worst customer service. 18 days after payment I've received a wrong tracking number. After complaining the answer is that they will send a tracking number.
Complete scam.

Actually I ordered a LED light before I saw these reviews. I was shocked and tried keep up the contact with the support. But they just gave me nonsence replys with days of delay. Honestly I thought I was speaking to a bot.
And finally today, after a month delay I got my item shipped! Hurray!
So, you can expect your order to arrive, but with a huge delay and bad support.

i also rated them on their website but they just keep removing bad ratings.

Now asked for a full refund since the package isnt even sent, ill update progress here as we go. asked for refund 03/04/2022.

So one year has passed, 800€+ gone, no refund. Criminals. Most terrific shop experience ever.
