I ordered a lumatec 300 pro, he said is out of stock, I told him I want refound it's 6 days with no reply or the money back, very unprofessional.

Update 2: light has come today. It has been 3 weeks since I have placed my order. So make yourself an imagination. I have not tried the light yet, but it looks like it was shipped straight from the factory. Hopefully it works. Anyway I would like to partialy appologise for my bad review and badmouthing the company. Because of the behaviour of the “owner” I can not give the best review, hes is mother*ucker for real, but the true is I have bought two lights here and both recieved. Question is if it was under the height of information I have collected about them or if its just the way how do they work, nobody knows. That few € I have saved was not worth all of that stress and time and everything. I am glad the light has come, but I will never risk it again.

The whole thing is like that: he is being in insolvency since 2019. He owes government, insurance company, officials, banks, suppliers, customers and many more. He is well known in stupid Czech laws and there is basically nothing you can do. Trial has already started and he is only pulling time, there is nothing he proclaimed as his possesion. His permanent stay is in the city hall. He has some outdated stuff in his stock but new LED lights like Lumatek, Mars Hydro and all of great quality lights which are obviously expensive he does not have. This company was just rewritten to somebody else. He made himself as an employee of that company for minimal wage because of the court and so on. He was using dropshipping in the past but his manners have obviously changed to fraud people. This can continue for another years and after that everything will be equal to zero. There is NOTHING you can do once you send him your money. So be really carefull what your are buying, since he has more than ten websites frauding people. Do not send him nothing, I wanted to save 70€ and lost 603€ being laughed into face. This is review about LEDGROWSHOP.EU aka espasito.com. Total scum and fraud!

Please do not buy anything from this teddy-bear you will NEVER see your money back. He is already in process of being debt-free (again) thanks to the claiming “personal bankrupt”. Than he can continue to ripping off people like a Christmas tree. So you will be better off to take your money and throw them into some drain hole or whatever. He has lot of this kind of websites pulling money out of peoples pockets like pestirna or growingroomcbd with the same domain as his ripping of LEDGROWSHOP. Those fake reviews saying it takes time to buy lights for more than 500€ are paid. At the beggining you have hope, than you are angry and later on you are just laughing to yourself how stupid you are. Does not matter the way you pay, your money are lost, unless you want to buy those ridiculous bestgrow brand led lights with plastic cover over the LEDs. Please stay away.

Hi,i Ordered mars hydro fc 8000 lamp,after paying money,i saw very bad review about this firm,i was scared that i lost my money and this is scam,but not!The lamp has arrived after 3weeks from ordering.so facts are this:
Communication 3/5 ,slow communication,obviously they using dropshipping method,but i really dont care,when the lamp has arrived!:D
Price 5/5 no one has offered that low price as they did.The price was about 1050-1150e for lamp,the give it for 905e.
Shipping 4/5 as they declaring that they sent orders right away,i dont think so,any less,the sented order,everything was in original packing,everything works.
Did i choose them again?maybe yes,if i dont need quick shipping ,and for this price as they offered.
So,my advice,Be patient with them,or buy somewhere where is more expensive,but quicker shipping!

I have ordered a light off the company, paid for express delivery and it's been a month and not even a tracking number. They didn't have it in stock so ordered it from the manufacturer. I have emailed every few days and get the same response each time which is so rude "the item has been ordered you will receive a tracking number in the next mail" this mail never comes, the fact that my emails arent being listened to is nearly worse than paying express delivery for something that is not arriving.

I order from ledgrowshop.eu for 1000€+ and get all the items in 2weeks and save 200€.... I have only good exp with that shop

Well, didn't read these reviews until order was placed. I ordered LED light with some nutrients, net pots and ratchets. After almost 2weeks they finally shipped the package. But it was missing the light. After 2weeks of emails I was promised that light will be send in few days, which never happened. Couple days ago emails came back undeliverable. I send emails from other email and noticed that I was indeed blocked! Fortunately, I'm hopefully getting money back from my Credit Card Company.

Don't order here! You might get something sometimes, but it's not worth it if the most valuable item is missing!

UPDATED 1.1.2022: I tried another email, and they replied:

Heard a lot of scam reviews on here but I looked them up to see if they were a legitimate EU business, and to my surprise they are 100% legit, I can't put a link in here but if you check European Justice under the name European Horticulture s.r.o you can see their info.
So I took a risk and ordered on the 02 of Feb 2022 a MarsHydro FC 4800 and some other shizzle, they took a bit of time not the 5 day as it said... But today Feb 25 my order was delivered and everything was 100% there and in good nack. Had it sent to Mallorca Spain arrived without a scratch...
So overall good and happy with my new toys :)
Also just have in mind that ANY free or cheap shipping from EU to the USA or viceversa isn't going to be fast in any shape or form thats just common sense people, have a good one.

I ordered some stuff like vents, rope ratchets, lights 19.1.2022. By mistake added to cart wrong light, but got it changed in the order through support (as the right lamps were 10€ more expensive got "discount for waiting").
First part of the order with vents and tent sent 4.2.2022 (delivered 9.2), got also tracking number for this package by email. There were missing lamps and rope ratchets in package. I sent a question by email to support about missing parts and got answer "will be sent in next few days".
After a week of waiting I sent another email to support with question about missing parts and got answer "will be sent this week".
Yesterday (24.2.2022) got the second part of the order with lamps I ordered (over a month from order day). I didn't receive tracking number of this packet so it came as surprise (christmas gift in late). And guess what? still missing rope ratchets... They cost around 10euros so it is just the "discount" amount. As the price is not large I just let it be, don't wanna deal with this shop anymore.

Conclusion: Not SCAM, but the delivery time is unsustainable. Also support answer can easily take up to 5 days (maybe more?). And if you deal with them be ready for the missing parts. It's up to you do you wanna save your money or do you wanna save your nerves.
If you can avoid this shop, please do it.

Finally today also the light arrived and it is functioning. So as a conclusion it is not a scam, but because of delivery times way longer than the declared on the website, the poor customer service, and the fact that they remove any negative comment on their web page and Facebook, I cannot give more than 3.
ORIGINAL FEEDBACK: On 6 February I ordered (ord no. 2021014318) two products from this company. I finally received the parcel today. One of the two items was missing and the one I received was missing an essential component for operation! The parcel had no seal and had evidently been opened previously! I have written to the owner and hope to remove this bad feedback.
As things stand I would strongly advise against anyone buying from this site.

Placed an order Feb 6th with a confirmation email stating it would be shipped in 1-4 business days. By Feb 14th I asked them to cancel the order as it had not been shipped. I asked them to cancel it again Feb 15th as I had not received any reply from their support. Shortly after I received an email that shipment had been sent immediately followed by an email saying they could not cancel the order as it had been shipped.

Initial tracking details provided did not work. After another 2 days, I reached out to them and was informed they had used a different shipping company from what was stated in confirmation email.

While items arrived in a timely manner thanks to the delivery company. Not all parts had been included in the package and the system is not even functional until at least 1 of the 3 missing parts has been received. If they'll even ship it.

They've confirmed they won't ship missing parts.

Easy 0/5. Will not use again.

Don't bother, ordered a month ago and still nothing. They sent me a fake tracking number. logo has changed on the website. Doubt this site is legit, avoid like the plague.....

i ordered a full grow kit Mars Hydro sp 3000 for 550 eu !!
After my order i went on trustpilot to check the reviews and i was totally desperate, after an exchange of fews messages with the support i decided to wait, and with two weeks later than expected my order arrived pretty well.
So i saved 200 euros !

Do not but from this site, they are theives, they will take your order and money then not send the goods or items. Still waiting for response for weeks now, the only email reply i got from them, was to call me a "child" for complaining about the service. Cannot understand how this site can still be active when it is obviously fraudulent.

WOW :) CAN'T BELIEVE IT, BUT I GOT MY LUMATEK LAMP AFTER 2 MONTHS! Fist after 3 weeks they sent me some stuff that I ordered, but not the lamp. The communication was poor (they didn't answer my emails, I guess they also don't speak English well). Today (after 2 months) the Lumatek lamp was at my door. Hope these guys get their business running properly, and other people will get their stuff too. I'm changing the rating to (***) for now...

This web shop site is FAKE! Takes your payment but you never get your order. On Facebook they DELETE uses messages frequently. But if you wait you can see multiple users waiting for their orders but never getting anything..

Absolute scam. zero communication. Do not uses this sh1te site. You have been warned.

First of all, the shop is legit, I finally got my order. I have to say that at some point I started to think I've been scammed. The main issue with the shop is a non-transparent delivery. While the web shop page said the lamp was "in stock", it took almost 2 months (!) to get it delivered. I've been getting answers via email that the lamp is being delivered between warehouses, but it sounds unlikely it can take THAT long. Also, they promised to give me tracking number, but they never did, so package came as a surprise.
All in all, I think the price was good and the lamp is fully working.
Summary: if you buy from Ledgrowshop, be prepared to wait for the package for a while.

Placed an order on this site and after a few days I received an email stating package was shipped but they forgot to add the tracking code to the tracking link so obviously it looked like the email was sent by mistake. Tried to contact via email for 2 weeks with no reply and then tried to message their facebook. After a few tries they replied on facebook, calling me an idiot because I wrote on facebook instead of to their email and went back to ignoring me.

Package arrived a few days later, all the items I ordered were there but the packaging of the actual items was not in the best condition, and every item and manual was in Czech with no English version.

Buyer beware, this company is probably too high to run a quality business.
