My order, which included a Christmas present, was delivered, by the carrier to the wrong country. When I brought this to the attention of Lee Valley Ireland, they promptly shipped a replacement, albeit admitting that it would not arrive in time for Christmas, and offered to include a gift and a discount on a future order. Great customer service and, as always, very good quality products

Ordered 1st December still not received although web site states delivery 7 - 10 days to the UK. I do understand there has been a postal strike, this was well publicised so maybe they could have used an alternative carrier.

Even though I have had an exchange of emails and felt the delivery problems had been resolved just a matter of patience, I still have not received my shirts after so much time still no products and no further email. It is very disappointing and no acknoyacknowledgement or refund! I am in the dark and waiting for these things as presents !

Nightshirt/hat/slippers shipped according to their estimate, and are excellent quality! Nightshirt and hat are SO soft, slippers are super comfy.

I purchased the same type shirt many years ago. The reason I purchased a new one is that the old shirt finally wore out. I feel the new shirt is a lot thinner than the old shirt. Thin like a dress shirt would be. Not the same thickness as the old shirt.

The shirts were sent promptly and I was able to track the shipment easily.

I ordered vintage grandfather shirts; good quality and comfortable to wear. This style is not easy to buy in Germany. The colors differ from my expectation but as there is an individual influence of the computer monitor color adjustments this is difficult to avoid. Delivery from Ireland to Germany took some days but was ok.
