I received my Legacy Box back yesterday…
I received my Legacy Box back yesterday and the care and packaging of my VHS were handled with special care.
I have not had an opportunity to see the DVD as of yet however I look forward to watching them.
At first I thought the DVD’s had been missed however they were between two VHS.
Thank You for taking care of my treasures as if they were your own.

Beware of hidden contracts
Service was reasonably good, as advertised. It was the following several months in which they continued to bill a monthly fee; I was very clear to NOT bill for any additional storage time. They only reply via email. There is no phone to speak to anyone. I cannot recommend the company.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear the service itself met expectations, but I’m sorry for the frustration regarding the subscription billing. The subscription is mentioned several times prior to checkout. We also send reminder emails prior to renewal so customers have the opportunity to cancel if they choose not to continue.
We do have phone support available, and our team is always happy to assist both by phone and email. You can reach our team at 423-375-0000 Mon-Fri between 9AM and 5PM EST. I understand how this experience felt on your end and appreciate you sharing your feedback.
We had lost reels of audio tapes and…
We had lost reels of audio tapes and 8mm videos. Our precious 93 y/o Mother just passed away and we found these treasures. While they are not perfect they did an amazing thing with what they had to work with. These were not taken care of over the last 60 years but have come back to life thanks to Legacy Box

Childhood Renewed!
What made this experience so incredible was seeing my children at the beach for the first time, eating their first bday cake, etc. The expressions were worth every penny!! As a Mom you’re exhausted thru much of the early years - and forget some of the absolute joys of early childhood! And on the flip side - seeing the photos of my childhood home - after processing old slides - was a full circle moment for me! Brought me to tears. Happy tears!

Great job! My camcorder is broken and my plans to do it myself evaporated. I saw the ad for Legacy and said what the heck. I just received my tapes and thumb drive back. The kids and grandkids have been over and we’ve spent hours watching these old movies!

I tried to watch and organize all my tapes But my wife with Alzheimer’s couldn’t quite handle the confusion. Soo I couldn’t give the time,I figured recycling all these tapes. Amazing attention to detail in the user experience from start to finish. Design and branding of packaging and booklet -- WOW. Got my memories from the 80s and 90s and oof what a blast from the past. Worth every penny. I'll be back with more.

Good customer service
Good customer service, help when I asked for it, a couple tapes had issues, but was sent shipping labels to reconvert those tapes, 2 of 24, photos were good, I was surprised the backs are scanned also, you might highlight that in your manual or advertising. Friends were unable to download and save video from the share link on a tablet or phone, only worked on pc

The package I received to send my VHS, C size tapes, and 8mm movies was very impressive and simple to use. There was constant interaction from Legacy letting me know when my package was received and all along the way as they went through the process. Getting the email with the link to my videos was so exciting and caused a lot of tears! The box with my originals arrived shortly and once again the packaging was so impressive! I don’t think I’ve dealt with such a professional company before. They seem to know how precious the memories they are saving are to the customers!

It was much easier to do than I initially thought. Your directions are detailed and easy to follow. The whole process of viewing our old tapes, choosing which ones to send, and viewing the final product is a beautiful walk down memory lane.

Takes FOREVER 3 months and FORCES a membership!
First off, its another one of these sites that FORCES you to sign up for a membership, and then after taking 3 months to get your items processed, they charge you $4.99 and WONT give you a refund when you ask for it back, because you forgot you signed up for it. I would recommend finding someone local off of Facebook or Yelp, and having them do it for you.

Everything went smoothly, they send a very sturdy box with labels for your items, ready to ship to them. Updated thru the whole process. Videos are on the cloud. They turned out great.
