No Customer Service
Horrible. appalling customer service. Actually, no customer service at all. Literally impossible to speak to a human being. My mom's stories were disappearing, so I emailed and chatted customer service, but replies came from an AI bot only. They claim a "team member" will respond if you need more help, but I asked for more help, waited & waited, and no human ever responded. It's too bad, because the product is fun & clever when it works properly (the reason for my 2 stars). But if you have a tech glitch or need any help, forget it. The site becomes useless, since you can't get any assistance

Stories disappearing is especially concerning, and I completely understand how upsetting that must be. Your stories are meant to be safely stored and always accessible, so if something didn’t show up correctly, that’s something we need to take seriously on our end. I would genuinely like the opportunity to connect with you directly to resolve the outstanding issues.

It is so easy to use Remento. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I tried the recording example 1st and it was very easy. The prompts make it so easy for you to tell your story and they edit your story to make you sound great so there’s no problem. Say whatever you want.

Remento Makes it Easy to Preserve My Husband's Best Stories!
I purchased Remento for my husband who is a great storyteller. He has found it easy to work with and we have shared some of his stories with others who have enjoyed them. My husband has one more story to tell and then we'll publish several copies of the book for family members. I can hardly wait to see and distribute the books! I also love that we can download the content to preserve it onto other storage devices.

The platform is really simple for everyone to use and a great way to share memories. I love the QR code option to original video and audio content. The customer service has also been great any time I've had a question, very prompt and always addressed my query. Will definitely use again in the future!

Medical emergency changed everything.
My wife had bought this for me and then I had to have a double-lung transplant. Using this product and recuperating from one of the most dangerous and difficult medical procedures out there-there was no time to make use of it.
I contacted the customer service team and a full refund was made. I am grateful for their follow up and I am on the road to recovery.
