Hi Rosie. Thank you for your 5-star review. We're delighted to hear that Mike provided you the support in having your document apostilled. Providing professional, friendly service with clear communication is exactly what we strive for. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to assisting you again.
Not sure why he snapped at me
As most people comment Mike was very responsive for the first few days and helpful .However when I had not confirmed if I needed his service yet the kindness stopped temporarily. .He had mentioned he worked at global Affairs and my question was related to that asking possibly if he could answer a simple question. That definately took a toll on my experience with Mike and his company he works for . Overall though Mike takes his job seriously and I would still recommend working with him and Document legalization of Canada

Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging Mike’s responsiveness and professionalism.
We would like to clarify a few points for the sake of accuracy. You had not engaged our services, although we provided you with a quotation and discussed the possibility of processing a duplicate divorce document if your original document, which you had submitted directly to Global Affairs Canada, did not arrive within your required timeframe.
As Global Affairs Canada’s processing took several weeks, you contacted us to inquire about your document. However, we are a private service provider and are not Global Affairs Canada. Throughout our communications, we explained the available options by email. Ultimately, you received your original document from Global Affairs Canada, as confirmed by the UPS tracking information you provided which is 1ZE439108518557114 delivered on the same day you wrote this review.
We respect every prospective client’s right to consider their options before making a decision. However, we believe it is important to distinguish between a service that was actually provided by our company and a process handled directly by a government authority.
We are proud of the many positive reviews from clients who have used our services and appreciated our communication, professionalism, and assistance. We regret that you felt our approach changed during your inquiry, as our intention has always been to provide clear and professional information about the services we offer.
We thank you for considering Document Legalization of Canada and wish you all the best.

Quick and Efficient
I had a really great experience with this service. They were quick to respond to my emails, everything was handled in a timely manner, and I received my documents within just a couple of days.
I really hate dealing with paperwork, especially visa-related paperwork, so having them handle the notary and apostille was a huge relief. The whole process was online and I barely had to do anything on my end. The price was also very reasonable.
Overall, it was easy, fast, and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend them!

Mike was responsive
Mike was responsive, and good at communicating. He turned around the paperwork in good time. Dealing with small independent online companies for official documents can cause anxiety. Reading the positive reviews helped steer my decision to work with Mike, together with his timely responses. I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I am making an exception to help other people with their decision.
