Ich habe vor einem Jahr die Dr. Martens Damen Jungle Boot Springerstiefel, Black Oxford, Größe 37 EU gekauft.
Die Schuhe wurden nur wenige Male getragen. Trotzdem ist das Leder seitlich beschädigt bzw. eingerissen.

Der Verkäufer teilte mir mit, dies sei normaler Verschleiß und somit kein Reklamationsgrund.
Aus meiner Sicht liegt hier jedoch ein Sachmangel vor, da bei einem hochwertigen Markenprodukt eine deutlich längere Haltbarkeit des Leders zu erwarten ist.

Die Reklamation wurde ohne Lösung abgelehnt.
Ich bin vom Produkt und vom Kundenservice enttäuscht und kann den Verkäufer nicht empfehlen.

Bought Hoka Goretex trainers through their Amazon store. Started leaking after 3 runs (within 6 weeks). Contacted legend footwear and they told me that it was fair wear and tear, and wasn’t a manufacturers defect (despite not even seeing the shoes). Despite me advising they are breaching the consumer act as the trainers are not of an adequate quality or fit for purpose, they are refusing to repair/replace or refund claiming that its fair to expect goretex trainers to leak after exceptionally minimal wear.

I see the vendor has replied that the footwear was outside of their standard return timeframe, which materially misses the point of The Comsumer Rights act where even after a 30 day return period, if the shoes are of an inadequate quality or not fit for purpose (which these clearly are) you are still entitled to remediation as a consumer. I have ended up needing to dispute the charge via my credit card company given the inflexibility shown by this seller

Purchased a pair of golf shoes, but instead of my size, 6.5-7 they sent me size 4.5. When I contacted them, they said it was my mistake, and it was me, who picked size 4.5, so deducted £5 for return postage. I think it was their website glitch. Why on earth I would order wrong size?? Never used this company, and just found it, decided to try. So, I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband first, about 3-4 days before it and everything went ok. Then I ordered a pair of shoes for myself, but it was a mistake. Not good service. Will never buy from this company again.
Ps: the answer of the company was wrong either. How can I possibly order 4.5 instead of 6.5-7?? I am not THAT stupid. Obviously , it was their website glitch, possibly 2 or more people ordered the same product at the same time. And a cherry on the cake- when I tried to find the similar shoes at the similar price, I found it on Amazon, still available, and almost ordered it, but found at the last moment it was the same company, Legend Footwear. Amazon didn’t make it clear until last moment. And it was free delivery, AND FREE RETURN (!) at the same price! They took £5 for return on their own website. So, they just earned a money on me , pretending it was my mistake. It is not truth. Why did they take a money for return postage when I ordered from their own website and don’t take it if anybody ordered from Amazon? Greediness and dishonest, all I can say. Avoid this company.

Ordered female Hunter Wellies, at a great price, for my wife. Delivered safely and quickly.

Ordered some shoes and they cancelled the order with no reason given. Got refunded quickly but unfortunately I cannot leave a positive review.

Brand new pair of red wing shoes for £55 ! Unbelievable bargain , they a came in an original Redwing box with a cloth and everything

Fast delivery, really really good prices, and decent variety. Thought that these would be floor units or something because of how cheap they were but everything was brand new. Even do shoes in Size 15 UK which most places don't.

You cancelled my order the day after confirming it without any explanation apology or idea when I would receive my money back. Very poor customer service. Now you ask for a review on an order you cancelled. Not sure you know what's going on in your own company.
