We moved from another booking platform that was not performing for us. The support during the transition has been second to none, Bella is so knowledgeable, patient, supportive and kind. We had regular meetings and she always answered my emails. The support team have also been amazing, so polite and responsive. So far Legitfit is doing everything we need it to do. It is easy to use, the brand app is really user friendly, everything works as it should.

This company has crippled my Gym
This company has crippled my Gym. I tried working with them, communication is near on zero. All chat bots and emails.
First there is a known exploit that allows members to get free memberships. Anyone can just log into there friends profile change the name. An when you scan in, the system never knows its a different person/phone and just updates the name in the system. You have no way of knowing this is happening because the system wont show you how many times someones profile has entered in a day. I discovered this in august 25 its still happening in march 26. They told me they will not be patching this out under any circumstances its important people be able to change there names when they feel like it.
This weeks they've started updating access control. Access control aint working anymore. Emails say they'll look at it next week. So a week now of the gate staying locked for people with memberships. We've opted to look for new software.
Most stressful people i've ever had to deal with have ended up costing us money. Side note when i first went with them flawless, everything ran like clock work. last year just been a joke

LegitFit has been a great addition to our business. We transitioned over from TeamUp last year and the change has made things much more streamlined on both the members side of the app and for us as gym owners. The biggest worry we had was how smoothly things could be transferred over and how much disruption it would cause. The team made this so easy and caused no disruption to our regular booking system allowing our business to function as normal. The team are also great at listening to feedback and understanding what is useful form a consumer standpoint. The data that LegitFit provides has enabled us to make much ore informed decisions about the business and has helped us grow at a higher rate over the last year than previous years.

Clients enjoy greater control of their own training schedules and has massively reduced the amount of questions/issues to resolve from clients and their training packages.
Customer service has always been on point and quick to respond to any issues.
My account manager Lee D is excellent. He is efficient , understands when dealing with a service product clients need issues resolved quickly. He is also always sure to follow up after the fact to make sure everything is as it should be.

Signed up for a year - paid £3456, and honestly, the system is just no good. It double-billed customers with no option to refund them myself. Someone from their team contacted one of my instructors and called me a man, then I’ve complained and asked for a refund and heard nothing back now…
Absolutely shocking. I had my class schedule with them for a week and had multiple complaints daily from clients and instructors. On day two of having my classes booked through Legitfit I told them I wanted to leave and would be moving everything away from them - I’ve since moved over to Punchpass and had zero complaints.
However, it's been over two weeks with no solution from Legitfit and being told by multiple people they'll look into it and get back to me.

Customer Service Good
The customer service is great, Shane is great, he was always available to answer any of my questions and demonstrate how the software worked when I was making any changes to our memberships or running reports.
Moe also was very promoted in replying to any of my messages answering all of my question -
LegitFit has been a game changer for our facility
LegitFit genuinely runs our facility end to end, and it’s made a massive difference to how smoothly everything works day to day. It’s taken a lot of pressure off me and my team and saved us a huge amount of admin time by keeping bookings, memberships/packages, and payments all in one place.
On the customer side, it’s been brilliant. Members find it really easy to use booking is quick and straightforward, and the app experience feels simple rather than clunky.
The ability for clients to manage bookings/memberships from their phone has made everything more seamless.
What really stands out is the support. Their staff are genuinely friendly, responsive, and helpful you don’t feel like you’re left to figure things out on your own. In fact the total opposite Shane was forthcoming in offering to migrate everything over seamlessly for our launch date.
Overall, LegitFit has helped us run more efficiently, look more professional to customers, and spend less time on back-and-forth admin. I’d recommend it to any gym/studio that wants a reliable system with great support behind it.

I love that my customers love LegitFit, and they find it easy to navigate. Customers appreciate features like Apple Pay and having both an app and a website. The cancellation and immediate refund process is really helpful for customers and myself too. I love the detailed insights it provides, which allow me to track my business growth month by month. Adding classes, people, and discounts through the app on my phone or laptop is super easy. The initial setup was really quick and easy too, with the team setting most of it up, migrating my customers, and providing a demo, making me feel well-prepared and like an expert before I even started using it. LegitFit allows me to do things quickly, so I spend less time on admin and more time teaching, which is what I love.

An incredible platform
A few weeks in, and so far, so (very!) good. LegitFit is a fantastic platform. It's making the entire process of teaching community-focused group fitness classes SO much easier. Managing bookings and payments across multiple different venues each week could have been an absolute nightmare, but the platform makes it seamless. Onboarding support was also great, despite it being over the Christmas period. Thank you to the entire team!
Excellent service
Excellent service. Allows for single purchase, multi session and package purchases, and memberships. These options aren’t available on many softwares. The support team in LegitFit are on the ball and on the rare occasion I had a problem, it was sorted within the day.
Superb service and professionalism
Frankly I am not an IT geek and they all have been superb: extremely helpful, adaptable, kind, polite, at my level, solution-oriented when I made requests out of the box... I sincerely cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed. Worth making them your long-term business partners. No regrets at all. Best in the industry by far.

Great experience!
As a new business owner I decided to go with Legitfit as I had seen the system being used before and loved how easy it was for clients to book in for classes. Since signing up my experience has been amazing. From the very first call I had with Becky, she eased any nerves I had and answered any questions without hesitation. With so much going on for me behind the scenes, LegitFit has made all of the admin part of the job hassle free and clients have been loving how easy it is to use the booking system. I especially want to highlight how amazing it was to work with Becky. From the very first call I had with her she was supportive, approachable and so patient! She eased any neveres I had and she felt like a new friend by the end of the call. I still chat with her now and she continues to support me. It has genuinely made the whole experience so much more enjoyable knowing I had someone in my corner who was quick to answer any issues I had and was there to guide me. The continued support from her has been so lovely ❤️

I decided to subscribe to the platform and start using the service — and I couldn’t be happier with that decision! Throughout the entire setup process — from getting the platform ready, adding my clients and their details, to learning how to navigate everything — I was guided by Bella Lagrange. I especially want to highlight Bella’s amazing support. She not only helped me set everything up smoothly, but also shared lots of practical tips and insights that will make it so much easier for me to manage client tracking, payments, and attendance in the future.
