Well what can we say Josh is an absolute star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ he looked after us so well we just called in by chance and ended up buying a pioneer motohome .. everything went well with the purchase !!! they accommodated the dates for us to pic up our van .. Josh went through everything leaving nothing out .. he went far and beyond a sales person.. he's an asset to your company .. we absolutely love our new motohome !!!! thank u so so much for everything Josh and leisure world .. we would recommend this company all day long 👍👍👍👍👍👍 all the best pall Dave & Helen ... aw nearly forgot the restaurant the food is amazing and staff are so so friendly 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took the caravan in for service today. Very friendly reception from Stewart. A thorough service was carried out and some interesting finds from the service engineer. We appreciated the advice given regarding our tyres and found that they can do them much cheaper than we originally paid. Overall reasonably priced service and very friendly and helpful staff. Oh and while you wait the cafe is pretty good too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service today. Driving along the A1 in our motorhome when the engine warning light came on. We were only 3 miles from Catterick Caravans so we headed for there. The van was sorted while we had a coffee and we were on our way again in 30 minutes. Top marks.

Came in just to look around and have a coffee. Spotted a lovely outdoor cushion, Ben found 2 matching ones for me. He was friendly and chatty while I made my purchase. Thanks Ben

As the last a great day lot of new Vans and motorhomes at good discounted prices easy to be tempted, if your in the market a great starting point. We came to view the new stuff and pick up some essential accessories for our motorhome got a little more than we expected two new chairs couldn’t walk past at these bargain prices
Plus one or two other bits!! Would have bought new brunner magnetic
Pans but sold out, ended day with pizza beer and coffee

Just picked up our new to us motor home today. Josh has been fantastic. From start to finish. Very happy with the process. And would recommend. Excellent communication and a thoroughly nice lad!

Motorhome Habitat Service
From booking the Motorhome to having the habitat service carried out, to collection was very professional.
The staff could not do enough and nothing was a problem.
The Motorhome was given back with all in order inside, clean and ready to drive back home.
Every member of the staff were great to deal with.
It is very hard to find such a team anywhere in any company so well done to all.
The Cafe is a great place to stop at also with good service good food and great coffee.
Will for sure book the Motorhome in asap to ensure I have the next service carried out at Leisureworld Catterick.

Well clearly there were no deals to be had on a Swift 594 2024 motorhome priced at the same price as a competitor who was selling a Brand new 2025 model. Clearly they didn't want to sell it, stating they had only had it in a week. We were £500 short of the negotiated price and to be clear they weren't offering any other incentives i.e. not even an air freshener. Obviously it goes up in value the longer they have it, not. Very disappointing.

We recently went to leisure world to have a repair on the caravan the staff were very friendly and helpful the 1person we always ask for is Sophie she is always very friendly and helpful she always dose her best to get everything done nothing is to much trouble for her ( you won’t to keep her she is worth her weight in gold she is also good at driving tractors )from BOB & JOYCE

Chris and his staff were great enjoyed the day . Got a few accessories for our motorhome, with a bit of a Discount, Pizza & Drink a great idea Thanks guys& gals

Excellent weekend, I attended both days. Loved the 15% off in the shop and the service in the café was first class.
The motorhome selection was good and the prices very competitive.
All in all a great event and I will definitely attend an other one.

Great service by all the staff, a lot of effort had gone in to offer a wide range of types of motor-home and caravans available to explore. Everyone was enthusiastic about the day, despite the iffy weather.

We were very happy and had a good experience the staff were very heloful.

We had a great Sunday afternoon, we brought some friends who had never been, they were very impressed with the stock and prices, they also bought a few things for their van.
We talked with staff who always take time out without any pressure sales tactics, congratulations about great pizza, all free!

We enjoyed looking at your stock of motorhomes and vans which were mostly good prices. The accessory shop was very well stocked and also at good prices. The staff were all very helpful and polite and of course the pizza and prosecco and sit down afterwards was great. Thank you David and Lin

Four months ago, we purchased our first a pre owned Burstner motorhome from Leisure World Group at Catterick and we’ve been super happy with it. The customer service from the sales staff and in the accessory store was excellent throughout the whole process. We visited again yesterday during the event weekend and topped up with accessories, that are generally at a great price already, again the staff were helpful and the extra 15% off was a true bonus. Special shout out to Josh and Clara for their excellent customer service. It also has to be said that the cafe is a great experience too!!
