Microbakery and baking classes. LEKITO is an award winning microbakery, specialising in a small range of wonderful breads, tarts, cakes and buns. We believe in Real Bread, no preservatives or other additions commercial bakers use. Artisan bread and pastries. We bake to order and also attend markets where the Lekito stall is always popular. In 2022 we won a Gold Award at the World bread Awards. We also love to teach bread baking in small friendly classes with award-winning baker, Keith Kirby. Classes are in Keith’s own kitchen in Wavendon, where participants learn a range of skills and get to bake a variety of breads or other bakes. Every class is hands-on, and everyone goes home with lots of things for friends and family to try, along with recipes. And a life-skill that will last forever!

Supremely delicious!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of sampling most of what Lekito produces over the years and never been disappointed and always quest for more. His pastries, breads, shortbreads and christmas cake have all been a great hit with our family.
I'm running through his marmalade like there's no tomorrow and am glad I stocked up just after after the lockdown started!!

Hand delivered, hand crafted and hands down the best bakewell slice i have tasted!
We ordered a selection of breads (sourdough and focaccia) and also the Bakewell slice special. The almond sponge was light and coated with sticky sweet apricot jam, and the Bread was tasty and a huge portion!
Can’t wait for the next order!
