Bought a few pieces for my mom and she loved them. I was a little nervous ordering jewelry online, but everything looked just like the pictures. It arrived on time and was packed really nicely. Would definitely buy here again.

I initially had a frustrating experience: I placed an order over a week ago, received no tracking updates, and was later told the package had been lost. With no active phone number available and the jewelry intended as a birthday gift that I couldn’t deliver on time, I requested a refund and wished I had checked reviews here first.
The original order eventually arrived almost two weeks later. To their credit, the company owner reached out to apologize and sent a replacement as a goodwill gesture. The issue was resolved positively, and I appreciate how they handled the situation with care and made things right.

Ordered anklet more than a week ago. Not been shipped. Won’t arrive in time for the day of my vacation . I asked to cancel the order as not shipped and the day after they changed the status in shipped however the tracking is not given any estimated delivery date. The customer service replied they cannot cancel because shipped. The worst Company I have never used got on line shopping. Pretty sure this is a scam site. Avoid 100%.

Requested a refund, to be told they can only offer me 60% as a goodwill gesture and I can’t get my full money back?! What the…????

Refusing to share returns information and address despite me asking for this several times.

So now I am being left to still pay for 40% of the item which let’s face it I am going to put in the bin as it’s so tacky and cheap.

I ordered a necklace. I received the package today and the box was completely empty. I contacted support and have not gotten a response.

Very disappointed and extremely concerned about the large amount of money involved paired with the complete lack of shipments or communication.

I placed an order for several items, including the Victoire Chain Earrings and Esme Emerald Hoops, but nothing has been dispatched.

The website states that dispatch times are 1-2 business days - despite it being several days, I have received no updates. I have reached out via email to ask for a status update and a delivery estimate but have not received any responses. So customer service is clearly not 24/7 as stated on the website.

Please share a shipment update or refund my money ASAP!

Lovely jewellery with beautiful packaging. I bought one pair of sterling silver earrings for my daughter’s birthday and she absolutely loved them. 100% recommend

I must say that the jewelry is very good quality for the price compared to other brands. It is definitely waterproof as I wore it for my Holidays in Tenerife and it still looks brand new. Definitely recommended
