I have been extremely pleased with the interactions with Lelit Support!

I have been extremely pleased with the support received from Lelit. The support technicians I've worked with are knowledgeable, patient, and very eager to assist. I was hoping that my Bianca could be repaired. But they determined a replacement was the best option, and walked me through the return process (which went very smoothly). Email responses may take a few days, but I've received a helpful response to each and every message that I've sent.

Exceptional Customer Service That Truly Cares

I recently contacted Lelit’s customer service because I was looking for a replacement power button for my coffee machine — a part I simply couldn’t find anywhere despite extensive searches. My machine was no longer under warranty, and I only wanted to locate and order the part so I could replace it myself.

What really impressed me was how genuinely helpful and professional the Lelit team was, even though they had nothing quick to gain from my request. The person handling my case not only guided me toward reliable suppliers where I could order the part, but also took the time to exchange several emails with me and even sent a video tutorial explaining how to replace the piece.

That, to me, is what real customer service looks like — going the extra mile with kindness, efficiency, and integrity. It makes you want to stay loyal to the brand, because you know you’re dealing with people who care. Fast, reliable, and genuinely human support — exactly what we all hope to find when we reach out for help.

Your support is no use at all

Your support is no use at all! No way to find a live person to talk to. Only emails to send for support. It took many days to get a response for a simple question.

Slow to respond

Slow to respond, couldn't give a date for when my replacement was due so in the end I cancelled my order. Took over a week to receive the refund and over all hugely disappointed with the service I received

Keine zufriedenstellende Lösung für Ersatzteile

Meine Anfrage wurde schnell bearbeitet. Ich habe ein Ersatzteil benötigt, das einen Wert von wenigen € hat. Leider war die einzige angebotene Lösung der Erwerb eines mehrere hundert € teuren Ersatzteile Sets.

The service team was quick in answering my doubts, they substituted a defective item quickly and they also proposed a cleaning and descaling program for the machine (something I was looking for).

La serietà è apprezzata

All’arrivo la macchina, anche se nuova, non era funzionante. Contattata l’assistenza ho ricevuto un’etichetta per spedire al mittente la macchina difettosa e nel giro di alcuni giorni ho ricevuto una macchina nuova è perfettamente funzionante.
A fronte di un disguido l’azienda è stata serissima.
