Nobody responded for weeks

Nobody responded for weeks. I called breville 4+ times to get my problem resolved. After I got a return issued they took over a month to get the money back.

Great experience

Great experience! My Bianca V3 arrived with a bent frame. Chris's coffee immediately sent me a claim form, and then Matthew from Lelit arranged the return for the damaged machine, and quickly overnighted me a new V3! It's working great and I'm pulling fantastic shots! Excellent customer service!

Reparación siguiendo video de ejemplo.

Diagnosticaron el problema de mi cafetera tras enviarles un video y me informaron de lo necesario para solucionarlo.
Al principio da miedo meter mano en la máquina, pero cuando ves que el coste de la reparación han sido 15€, merece la pena.

Mostly a great experience

Great experience getting the machine, not so great when i exchanged Anna for Victoria. Sage/Breville customer service were a shambles but unfortunately that is where the return/exchange had to land. 5 phones calls regarding refund of ALL components ensued (Refunded the machine immediately) & ended up emailing Lelit Italy to assist with the issue. They did immediately & hance why i have awarded 5 stars as all bar Saga C/S everything was excellent. Ordering direct & delivery were quick & speedy. Communication with Lelit was brilliant. Without Sage C/S involvement it would have been 5+ Stars

Fin dal mio primo contatto con Lelit, il personale dell'assistenza clienti si è dimostrato reattivo, disponibile e proattivo. Schneller Support

Auf fehlende Informationen (Bedienungsanleitungen) bzw. fehlerhaften Link auf deutscher Webseite hingewiesen. Innerhalb von Stunde Antwort erhalten, dass das Problem an die zuständige IT Abteilung weiter geleitet wurde.
Zusätzlich wurde mir das Informations-Material zugeschickt, welches auf Webseite fehlt.

Webseite bis dato noch nicht verbessert und auf Informationen ergänzt. Ist aber erst 14 Tage her.

Helpful support people, happy customer

Lelit Support helped me to find the correct part to fix an issue with my espresso machine. Not only were they really helpful, I'm happy that I have a machine that can be serviced after years of use.

I bought a used MaraX and one of the water tank handles was broken. Lelit normally doesn't stock replacement parts for that, but they offered to send me one for free!

Aucun Service après-vente

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi LELIT ne propose pas une liste de réparateurs agréés en FRANCE;
Ma centrale vapeur acheté il y a 5 ans a un problème de fuite au niveau de la cuve et LELIT me propose sans analyse détaillée du problème une réparation à 180 euros ou un échange standard à 250 euros;
Bref LELIT a une politique de réparation qui laisse à désirer.
LELIT a dit :
"l’assistance après-vente est assurée via nos partenaires de vente, qui coordonnent diagnostics et réparations pour les produits vendus par eux."
Ceci est faux car DARTY ne veux pas réparer (Marque LELIT ne fait pas partie des marques que Darty répare) et les revendeurs du site Darty ne propose aucune solution;

Aujourd’hui, LELIT ne gère pas un réseau de réparateurs « agréés » en direct en France pour les centrales vapeur : l’assistance après-vente est assurée via nos partenaires de vente, qui coordonnent diagnostics et réparations pour les produits vendus par eux.
Concernant votre centrale vapeur (≈5 ans) et la fuite au niveau de la cuve : le montant communiqué par notre équipe est estimé en suivant la problématique décrite par vous et l'age du produit.

Votre retour est précieux et nous aidera à améliorer nos services en France. Nous vous remercions et restons à votre disposition.

I received goods that were damaged…

I received goods that were damaged (probably in transit). Additionally there was water emitting from the steam wand - this I was subsequently advised this was from internal testing - I believe it would be well worth Lelit mentioning this on the site to ensure clients do not jump to the wrong conclusion in that the unit has been used. Otherwise the communication with Lelit support (once the correct channels had been identified) was professional, concillatory and efficient.
