I’ve been buying LEMME since the launch . Never had a bad experience with the product or the customer service . Any time I’ve had an issue ( which was once or twice at most) my issue was resolved no problem . Whatever my main focus is with my wellness journey lemme had been the main source of my all my goals . Love LEMME and love KOURTNEY!!

I CANNOT access my subscriptions or my rewards. This is even after contacting customer service several times. I have tried many browsers to no avail.
I have cancelled subscriptions because of this. I have then tried again in hopes of a different experience only to face the same.

I love this product and it works really well. I have a two star rating because I am a relatively intelligent and tech savvy person and the website and ordering process is just weirdly clunky. It should be simplified.

It never came? I got a notification that it was out for delivery, the tracking says it still is out for delivery, and then the Lemme email asked me to rate my delivery. I have not got it.
