Lemon Booking has been an excellent fit for our Community Hub. We did a lot of research before choosing a booking platform, and Lemon Booking has delivered everything we were looking for. It’s easy to use, great value for money, and has worked really well for all of our booking needs. We’ve been very happy with it and would highly recommend it to other community organisations and shared spaces.

The online information on the test site helps guide you through most queries you might have during the set up and their customer service is unbelievably good. They respond quickly and concisely and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Our village hall had traditionally relied upon the booking secretary to answer all enquiries which inevitably meant phone calls and random messages on answerphones etc .. when our hall was rebuilt we decided to also remove the time consuming booking arrangements we had and move to an online only booking system. We chose Lemon Booking because the demo looked simple for us to use plus the added advantage of the included website editor allowed us to also add a simple to navigate website. We made use of the free trial period to get used to how the system worked and put together our webpage, and now we are up and running after going live when our hall reopened for bookings. The support is always there if needed, there’s just no way we could go back to the resource consuming phone bookings.

The website has been a game changer for us to manage our bookings, accounting and customer details in one place.

Paul and the team are incredibly responsive and give clear direct instructions for any issues we may have.

The only downside for us is that we'd love more control over the look and design of the website editor as aesthetics can be really important for our customers as a photography studio. Other than that, Lemon booking is amazing!

We've recently moved our village hall over to LemonBooking, and the whole experience has been excellent.

The system is intuitive and flexible, handling everything from hall hire and event ticketing to sports memberships and court bookings in one place. It's made a real difference to how we manage bookings and has streamlined a lot of our administration.

What has really stood out, though, is the customer support. The team is incredibly responsive, genuinely listens to feedback and has been willing to develop features that make the system even better. It feels like they're working with us, rather than us having to work around the software.

We are a small religious charity, who hire out our building. LemonBooking's Bronze package is perfect for us. It is very competitively priced, the website and bookings calendar are easy to use and they were straight forward to set up with lots of customisation.

After taking over, rennovating and reopening a community venue having LemonBooking as our booking and venue management system has been fantastic.

LemonBooking has provided a modern online experience for our customers to book spaces as well has providing comprehensive back-office capabilities around billing and invoicing. The system is very customisable and we have been able to completely brand the customer portal to align with our website and ticketing system.

In addition LemonBooking provides a modern API interface for integration allowing us to automate environmental and access control taking pressure off our volunteers.

Finally, the support from LemonBooking in answering questions and resolving an invoice issue we had has been incredibly quick friendly and efficient. Top tier support.

Lemon booking is really useful software that has revolutionised the way we manage our facilities. We have increased our bookings and hence our revenue covering the cost of using Lemon Bookings. Fantastic, all in one place and easy to navigate. We are not looking back.

Having trialed a few different hall booking systems I have found Lemon Booking to provide by far the most well thought out and flexible system for our rural village hall and playing field. We have a wide variety of uses and users for the hall and It was important to find software that could handle this. I also really love the website template that comes with the booking system. The software isn't perfect, there's still room for improvements but support if excellent and they really listen to any issues and try to improve them. Id defiantly recommend Lemon booking over the other systems.

We haven't very long started using Lemon Booking but in that time I have found their services excellent. Their suppot team are great and normally get back to you very quickly no matter how simple or how complicated your query might be.
