This is not a serious company. I have placed 3 orders with them and had issues with all. 1st time, customer service told me stories hoping to buy time for their company to fix their screw up. 2nd order, they ignored all contact. 3rd order they ‘forgot’ to fill my whole order. NEVER will there be another order. They do not respond to voice mails or emails, and rarely answer the phone. They also ignore messages sent through their own website on a logged in account. They say they cannot find our emails or voice mails, but then they accidentally tell me what they said. Crazy. I can show on their own website the copies of message I have sent, and they have ignored. Not sure who's garage this company is run out of, but you better hope you never ever need anything from them once the payment clears. I bet if you do, you will remember… you were warned.

Whatever you do, dont pay for next day shipping. I did yesterday (Thursday) and it has not even shipped yet. I have yet to receive any sort of confirmation email like it said I would. I called customer support and I was told that because my order was after 12pm their time I wont get it till Monday! Nowhere on their website did it say that. I ordered it around 9am my time. I am pretty much done with LEM at this point as I needed the vacuum sealer this Sunday, I could have bought one locally which I will probably have to do.

I bought one of their big 10 tray dehydraters back in February of 2025 and about 3 weeks ago mine started acting up and shutting down on its own I call the company and they send me a new one and they sent me one of the smaller 10 tray dehydraters which doesn't fit the same amount of meat because the racks are smaller and I was told I would get the same one

I bought the LEM 1869 Big Bite Tilt Meat Mixer (25-LB) a little over two years ago. I use it once a year to mix meat for our annual dry cured sausage. I have literally used this machine 3 times. While using it this last time, a blade broke off the mixer. I called LEM and ultimately spoke to Kevin, one of their supervisors. He indicated that the warranty period had ended and that the best he could do was offer a 30% discount. Needless to say, there isnt much I can do, it is afterall out of the warranty. My concern is that it was only used three times, warranty or not. That being said, I would only warn other potential buyers to consider mine and the other reviews which indicate that LEM has a problem with the quality and standing behind their product.

Bought some artificial sausage casings from lem. They did not work as expected. Have tried to get ahold of them, but they don’t respond. Tried rating them on their own website but got nowhere. Poor customer service!

I have a 5# LEM sausage stuffer. It is very well made. It's a high quality product. I wish I bought a bigger stuffer though. 11 lb stuffer would have been better so I don't refill in the middle of suffing.
