Auction Purchase.
I've used LendInvest as a broker and as a customer. In both instances I was very pleased with the outcome for my clients and for myself. Adam Sellwood the underwriter was always on hand to help solve issues and that was key to getting 3 transactions completed in 20 days. Well within the auction time limit. I would recommend and I am using them again. The AVM software is a game changer.

Used Lendinvest for auction finance. They have a panel for solicitors and valuers.
Product was great, lendinvest was great. underwriter was great and solicitor was great.
sadly the Valuers took about 3 weeks (on an auction purchase) . If it wasnt for Adam Selwood the U/W offering the case at 10pm we wouldnt have completed.

Liked the systems and we received excellent communication throughout from Jordan who was underwriting the case. From submission to offer in 9 working days on what was a complex case. Excellent service

Jordan Thompson the underwriter was very quick and clear when asking for further information and managed to get the mortgage offer issued within 4 working days. I have been with Lendinvest for the last 6 years and over, I have had many mortgages, the new product transfer process has made switching products easier like mainstream banks when you come to the end of your term. Their customer service is brilliant, always there if i need something small like a statement of account etc.

Fantastic service, initial underwrite and approval within hours! The underwriter Jordan called me and instructed valuation, client couldn't facilitate next day valuation but could in 2 days time. Valuation assessed and offer all within 4 days. This was not a vanilla case either. First case with LendInvest, I hope to place many more with them

LendInvest are one of the quickest lenders out there. I can't rate them high enough. I have used them plenty for Buy to Let in the past and their application process is market leading. I have also recently submitted an application to them for residential and the Underwriter picked up the phone and talked through the case and this helped the application go from submitted to Offered within 5 days. More of this service within the industry please!

I am in investor. 100% of 6 loans have gone bad.

They have little idea of what they are doing, and as for recoveries they simply take the storey given to them by the borrower and mark the file forward. This is not a way to recover money. It is clear they are used to good time lending and have little experience in real world recoveries.

I have emailed a complaint to then what was answered by Grace is customer services that says no problem all is well. It is not. The head of Risk was then supposed to be in touch but never did. I emailed the CEO - no reply.

They are not lending their money but yours and simply dont care. Dont invest with them.

From my initial conversation with my BDM Ed about this complex case, to the underwriting from Jordan, the whole process was slick with great communication. This was my first time using this lender but it won't be the last. You have made a Broker and a client very happy. Thanks.
