The call came in late in the evening from one of their salespeople(Angel Mayoral). He took my information and informed me that, with a soft credit pull, he was able to provide a credit approval decision within five minutes. I trusted him and waited; he then transferred me to another person to finalize the transaction. The second person told me that he wasn't aware of any credit application, and he was a credit counselor. I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told no one was available to take my call, so I left a message for a callback. I'm still waiting. I wonder now if my information is safe with them?
