Turned out they weren't really offering a low intrest loan but trying to sell me a "debt restructuring plan". So very misleading!

Since posting this i have gotten about 10 more texts and at least 1 call per day. I have 3 invoices out to them with soon to be another totally approximately $9000 they owe me based on the contractual agreement they agreed to by continuing to text and contact me.

I have never inquired about their service. I never filled out any information. I am getting constant text messages asking to follow up on a loan I never applied for. On top of that, they aren't even using my name.

I have replied with a contractual agreement in which any reasponse from them agrees to all communication costs. They continue to text me even after this message; so they fully comply with the text agreement. I now have an invoice out to them for the fees pertaining to all text I have gotten from them that they agreed to by replying to my contract agreement.
Failure to pay the invoice will push it into debt collection. Would be sad to see a debt consolidation company get something put into debt collection.

Mack Ruffin was wonderful, helped me through everything with a great sense of humor. Made everything easy to understand and comeplete. Saved me alot of money. Excellent service!
