Terrible experience. Went there Sunday to hear more or less that the cars are like you see them, prices on Auto Trader are only for people who finance them, cash buyers pay more, no bargains, cars dirty like s**t and scratched around - not really prepared at all. No test drive until you pick the one you're buying!!! The guy wasn't interested to even talk pretending being busy o the phobe... Total Waste of time!!!

Sourced an Audi Q2 from Lennox via Cazoo. Very professional service, happy to recommend!

The worst dealership, got stuck in a battle to return a car that was declared faulty within a month of purchase. Had to get external help to get compensation, after a year of fighting. AVOID THEM!

I don’t even know where to begin
as normal customers do we viewed a car and booked in to come view it after seeing the state of the car we decided we didn’t want to go ahead with the purchase. Throughout this entire process we were in contact with someone called Aaron.

I had paid 200£ deposit which was supposed to be refunded the following tuesday from our viewing which would be 09/09/2025
it is now the 29th september exactly 20 days since the promised date after repeated calls text messages asking for a refund the constant lying and delays is super frustrating
i strongly advise anyone looking to do business with this company to stay away

Faulty vehicle sale!
They sale Faulty vehicle willfully and force the customer to go to Main dealer to be fixed under service warranty. I bought a vehicle for £26,000. I discovered multiple electronic fault. I did diagnosis at Halford which they refused. They are refusing to take the vehicle back rather forcing me to take the vehicle to the main dealer. I didn't buy a car for £26,000 to waste my time and money running in and out to the dealer/ garage. They are forcing me to keep and drive the faulty vehicle of which most of the safety systems doesn't work.

Buying a Tesla from Lennox Auto turned into a complete nightmare, mostly because of how I was treated by Amir, one of their staff members.

I was promised that the car came with the original Tesla charger, but they gave me a BMW charger that didn’t even work with the car. When I pointed this out, Amir claimed they would order the correct one. I waited over two weeks, only to be handed another fake charger, and he tried to convince me it was genuine.

To make things worse, they stuck a dirty, used Tesla badge on the front of the car – there hadn’t even been one to begin with.

Amir was rude, dismissive, and constantly avoided my calls and messages. Every step of the way he gave me the runaround, made empty promises, and acted like I was being difficult for asking for what I had already paid for.

And after all that time and frustration, I still never received the original Tesla charger they claimed they had ordered. Just lies and poor treatment from start to finish.

I would not recommend to deal with such dealers
