Great experience shopping with Kayan Motors! I placed a deposit and they were able to hold the vehicle for me for a week. The whole process was smooth and I even received a call after purchase to ensure everything was okay with the car. Kayan Motors Ltd have now given me back a portion of the large amount of money I paid for the Land Rover Discovery GD19EEH, I purchased from them. They have kept my deposit, stating that they were using it to cover their delivery and collection charges. I have to involve solicitor and start the process of going to court for them to agree to my right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The day they picked it up, with all its faults, it was back on Autotrader. Stay clear!!!
