Worst place to buy cars
Guys when ur buying any vehicle in this place lennox auto be very very careful, normally if the vehicle comes with brand new tyres they will remove it and place a second hand tyres to supply to customers, so when ever ur buying any vehicle here be extremely be careful 🧐, they r bunch of unprofessional here,no single customer service here....secondly do not ever pay any deposit here until u see the vehicle ur buying otherwise to get ur money back is gonna be difficult, I will never recommend any of my friends to this arrogant people, wankans.

I had a really great experience purchasing my car from Lennox Autos. As a woman I felt listened to, and the Sales Manager took his time to tend to my every need. He went above and over board with the service he offered. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely use their service again.

Bought my C-hr from Lennox two weeks ago, all went smooth as I was intouch with Aszel during the whole period (I wasn't able to pick the car on the same week). He was very cooperative and helpful. When I came to pick it, he made everything ready as expected. Great experience and excellent customer service, highly recommended 👍🏻

We love the car we purchased - it was extremely well presented, and the whole process from first viewing through until driving away with the car was made and very easy by the assistance we received. This company sold me a car without a…
This company sold me a car without a second key. When asked about the second key during purchase. They said that they will order one and post it to me. I have been chasing ever since and they keep giving me all sorts. I finally escalated to manager and he was saying that the staff never promised that. Instead offering me free service. As it stands i have lost the only key I had and their refusing to honour their part.
Be careful with this company.

Was sold a car that was already sold - very unprofessional
I traveled for an hour to visit this dealership after scheduling an appointment to view a specific car. I was impressed with the vehicle and promptly placed a substantial deposit. Following that, I secured third-party financing, and the complete payment was sent on the same day. Unfortunately, my satisfaction turned into disappointment when they contacted me the next day, informing me that the car had already been sold the day before, leaving me with no options. This not only negatively impacted my credit score but I now also have a 30-day waiting period before I can reapply for financing. I strongly advise against dealing with this dealership to avoid wasting time and facing delays in acquiring a much-needed car.

No test drive possible
Booked to do a test drive and when we arrived after 2 hour journey they weren't expecting us, there was nowhere to park, the road was closed and a test drive in Acton is pointless as you can't go over 20mph anywhere near there. It took 10 mins just to negotiate the first traffic lights when we left. The car was damaged and had not been prepped or valeted. There was no apology they just shrugged and implied that we should have known that you can't test drive their cars!

refundable deposit never refunded
I paid a deposit (which I was told was refundable - and I had this confirmed in writing) before viewing a car I was interested in. After seeing the car I decided I didn’t want it and asked for the deposit to be refunded. I was told sure we’ll refund it first thing tomorrow.
I was not refunded.
It has now been nearly a year of asking for a refund and nothing. I have now had to involve lawyers to try to get this sorted.
Very disappointed.
