When the spanish eyeglasses I love broke , I could not find an equivalent frame on their Website. My online search led me to Lenshop. I ordered and the frames came earlier than I expected. After only 3 days to Munich, Germany! All-in-all a great experience.

I ordered the KALEOS Belivet 002 from Japan, and everything went smoothly. The item arrived safely and exactly as described. The beige frame looks even better in person, and the lenses appear almost flat in tone, which I really like.

Customer support was also very kind and professional throughout the process. I would definitely buy from this shop again.

i am a US customer who was looking for a hard to find discontinued frame, and was a little concerned about ordering from a seller overseas. They were great! They answered all my questions quickly and politely and sent the frames quickly. Would shop there again. ;)

Initially faced some issues with my order as the shop could not deliver it to Albania.
After having agreed, the order was partially delivered.
I shall note that the supprt was great.
I received fast response and feedback to all my questions.
If they could adress the delivery issue to Albania, that would be a great relief to me.

Με εντυπωσίασε η τεχνογνωσία του προσωπικού στα γυαλιά οράσεως, η ευγένειά του , καθώς και η άμεση εξυπηρέτηση.

Found what I needed in their website, they informed me that delivery would be a little bit late due to . They delivered much earlier than expected.

Πολύ κακή εμπειρία στο υποκατάστημα Θεσσαλονίκης (Τσιμισκή).Έγινε λάθος εφαρμογή και στους δυο φακούς (Α.Ο. ο φακός δεν έχει καλή εφαρμογή και υπάρχει αίσθηση ξένου σώματος, στο δεξί αντικαταστάθηκε ο πρώτος φακος που παρήγγειλαν -χωρίς επιπλέον κόστος-, αλλά και με τον δεύτερο δεν επιτυγχάνεται καλή όραση,αφήνει αρκετο αστιγματισμό). Πολύ κακή εντύπωση κατά την παραλαβή των φακών. Δεν έδειξαν ενδιαφέρον να δοκιμαστούν οι φακοί όπως γίνεται πάντα σε όλους τους οπτικούς,αλλά,απλώς να πληρώσουμε (ποσό περίπου 900€) και να φύγουμε. Ήταν όμως πολύ αναλυτικοί και προθυμοι σε ό,τι αφορούσε στην καταβολή του ποσού, τις παροχές του ΕΟΠΠΥ και την πώληση υγρών συντήρησης και καθαρισμού των φακών για μακροχρόνια περιοδο (πακέτο 1 έτους). Συμπερασματικά, «πετάξαμε» 900€ για φακούς και αναγκαστικά θα γίνει η διαδικασία εξαρχης για δύο φακούς σε άλλον οπτικό.

Super !! extrêmement satisfait du service et du délai. Pour remplacer ma monture cassé, j'avais choisi au départ la même couleur que les anciennes, qui malheureusement n'était plus disponible chez le fabriquant.
Mais Irène a été de très bon conseil et a pu m'orienter vers le même modèle mais dans une autre couleur qui finalement me va bien mieux que celle que j'avais auparavant. Un grand merci Irène et à l'équipe.
