Such a simple process, which takes the stress out of the usual form filling. Brilliant service!

For 2 weeks we were submitted to an assiduous referencing process by this agency which overreached. They asked for more than 5 years of references, even if one is supposed to ask proof for the last 3 years of main residences. Moreover and most importantly, Letref is not FCA regulated except insurance brokerage introduction, yet they give implicit financial advice to landlords. As a matter of fact they gave an erroneous report and then they changed it giving other petty reasons.Not consistent in their explanations.

Letref (specifically Charlotte Davidson) made the whole referencing process very easy and straight forward. Their online platform is easy to navigate and great for keeping track of the progress of references. Great communication from Charlotte, top notch customer service.

I’d like to report Velda appalling customer service to her clients. This woman gave us her number in order to contact her for updates regarding our guarantors application. She vocalised that “we should be grateful” that she works on Saturdays to check up on our application. Her tone and attitude was disgraceful and was not needed as only a simple question was asked. When my fellow tenant called her, she cut my fellow tenant off mid sentence as she was asking if everything is okay with her application. and told her not to call back. She needs to be investigated as this is not how to speak to someone

Charlotte Davidson was excellent in helping us with our references, particularly as we were in different time zones which they were amazing at accommodating for.
