My experience with Festi raised serious concerns about the way the company markets its products and handles customer transactions. I felt that what was presented to me initially did not match the final experience, which left me concerned about possible bait-and-switch practices.

I would strongly recommend customers keep screenshots of the advertised offer, product description, pricing, checkout page, order confirmation, and all communication with customer service. Make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for before placing an order.

I was also concerned by Festi’s very high Trustpilot rating. The profile is overwhelmingly positive, but Trustpilot itself currently states that the company has no recent history of asking customers for reviews and warns that the reviews may not be representative. That does not prove that the reviews are fake, but it is something I think potential customers should be aware of rather than relying only on the 4.9-star rating.

There are also customer reports involving personalized-product errors, shipping/tracking problems and disputes over how problems were resolved. My own experience made these issues more concerning to me because they were not simply theoretical.

Another issue that deserves attention is the privacy policy. Festi states that it processes uploaded photographs, including facial-image processing, and that original and processed images can be retained for up to three years. Customers should understand this before uploading personal or children's photos.

I have not found evidence that would justify calling Festi a scam or claiming that its reviews are fake, so I will not make those accusations. But based on my own experience and the issues I found while researching the company, I would personally be very cautious about ordering from Festi.

Save your documentation, read the refund and delivery terms carefully, and don't rely solely on the company's marketing or Trustpilot rating.

Loved everything I got, great quality. Very easy to create and order. I was just expecting a receipt with my order and it was so hard to track my order I was scared that I wasn't going to receive it on time for my son's birthday party. I did receive one item damage from the packaging, but it was not a big deal you couldn't really see the tear once i put the box together. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered custom decorations from Festi for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party and I was so happy with everything! The quality was amazing and everything looked even better in person. The colors and designs were beautiful and really brought the entire theme together. I also appreciated how easy the ordering process was and how everything arrived ready for her special day. We received so many compliments on the decorations! I would definitely order from Festi again for future parties and highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company enough !!! The website is super easy to navigate, you can have a your party entire decoration set up in minutes! You only need a picture! The shipping was fast and was blown away with the quality of the product! The Material is top notch, the graphics are beautiful and the experience was seamless! I will keep ordering from them !

I honestly couldn’t ask for a better company. The products arrived incredibly fast (I’m not sure it took even a week), the products are good quality, look great AND the customer service is unmatched. I sent a concern about an accident on one of my printouts and I immediately got a response from a human (not automated) who offered me two great options to rectify the situation. I chose to have my item reprinted and they sent the corrected item, immediately. I’ve already been telling other moms and my family about it. This place is the Chick Fil-A of party supply.

I was looking for something urgent and someone who can make customized decor for my nephews birthday party. I came across Festi and it was superrrr easy to use and customize using AI features and did a brilliant job. The quality of all the products were soooo good. I received my package on time and fast. We cannot recommend festi enough! With just a few prompts we were able to create dreamy decor for a party theme we couldn’t find a ton of options for elsewhere!
