Firm Migration

I bought a challenge in Leveled Up Traders, and 1month after I found myself migrated to Alpha traders (because Leveled Up no longer exists?). The new propfirm (Alpha traders) has different trading rules and I don't like it. For exemple lot/leverage limitation is a big waste of time on profits.
If I knew, I would have gone somewhere else. very dissapointing this time Raul...

$1,500 of my hard-earned Money Stolen-Manipulated and ignored.

At the beginning of the challenge everything looked normal. I always set a fixed $500 risk before entering trades. But as I got closer to passing, my slippage started to increase by double or triple. My orders started to get filled way below or above execution point, Losses that should have been $500 turned into $800, then $1,300.

I reached out many times – their only reply was “we’ll escalate it,” but nobody ever followed up. Weeks went by with no solution, no refund, no real support. It felt like they were just stalling until I either blew the account or stopped demanding answers.

The final straw: I closed a trade for a -$48 loss, and they marked it as -$1,300. That is outright manipulation. I lost $1,500 of my hard-earned money buying 3 accounts to this.

This firm does not care about traders, they only care about taking your money. Please don’t make the same mistake I did – there are reputable firms out there, but this is not one of them.

BEWARE !!!

It's now been over 3+ Months of Not being able to trade my "Funded Account" with Leveled Up that I paid for and passed. (109 days). My Current Funded Account never got breached, and still currently active, however they sent an email 3 months ago saying not to trade the account because it was being "upgraded to a live account, because of my consistency"

Followed that another 2+ months of no credentials for live and no response from "proper department," as what the issue was and no response. Just the support people saying they have to send that department a message. 2 plus months of checking and no response from "proper department".

Finally about 2 months into the issue finally got contract.Then another 3 weeks went by and still no credentials.

Finally another 2+ weeks went by, and I was told it is because live broker is having issues and therefore not available yet.

I asked then if that is the case, why was I sent contract and "upgraded to a service that is not available?" (after 2 months of waiting). Then also asked if that is the case, why can I not continue trading the "Funded Account" I have that is not breached and active, until the broker is available? (still no response from "proper department, just support team saying it is being worked on"

If I can purchase a challenge and passed, but then cannot trade the "Funded Account," why even advertise your service?

Can't help but to notice when I was just taking challenges everything was good until I started getting consistent payouts.

They denied my payout and breached my…

They denied my payout and breached my account for weekend trading while I didn’t even trade on a weekend which I have the proof for. And the customer service didn’t even mention weekend trading as a prohibited trading strategy when I first asked about all the limitations for funded accounts

I hate that I have to write this…

I hate that I have to write this because I’m a fan of Raul and his company but I’m currently having a terrible experience. I passed my challenge June 19th, following all the rules, got my KYC verified immediately. Their customer service told me it will take 3-4 business days to recieve my funded account and here I am July 2nd still haven’t recieved my account and their customer service just tells me that their are waiting for an “update” from their risk team. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I passed my challenge and I can’t get a clear answer. I would like to resolve this asap since I worked hard to pass all the challenges. I looked forward to working with leveleduptraders

I passed 100k 2 step challenge after many failed attempts and I got denied the funded account because of a strange rule that I never heard of on any other propfirm and I had to have read the whole FAQ page to actually notice it, saying that if a trade open after market open on the beginning of the week it will still count as a weekend trade. Seriously you can have all your crazy rules in one page if you actually don’t mean to deceive traders and make them fail and btw no has ever mentioned to me this rule when I was failing accounts I always trader the first hours of market open and I didn’t get any soft breach or anyone mentioning that i was doin something against the rules they waited until I passed a challenge so convenient for you guys… I follow Raul for long time and love his teaching I learned alot from him but I didn’t expect this treatment from the propfirm very deceiving to the point thats hard to say that its not on purpose
Just another example you have a rule for not trading the orange news as well as the red news and its buried in the FAQ page. if you have a rule that no other propfirm has tell traders about it thats not hard to do at all.

This is the message that I leave to the board of this company , in reply to your answer .
Even though you have all the specificied rules in the terms&condition , you should be very clear about your intentios from the very beggining.
There are many traders like myself who are in the first 2 years and for us most of the things are brand new .
Personally I relied soully on trust with LeveledUp because I was following Raul for a year . This was my first experience with a prop firm .
I am to be blamed for not reading the terms and you are covored by them. So…i came to realize that your company does not have the foccus to promote begginer traders despice the image Raul has created.
We had a long conversation before the close up of my account and I even asked for Raul’s opinion. And it never came. I don’t know what’s with the reviews where people said that he helped them , because he wasn’t even asked about my situation .

Every trader has the right to choose his faith in a prop firm or a trader , this is my experience with you guys and I share it here , not to create a bad image for you , but to let other people know that they shouldn’t be fooled by the “ cover” .
P.s. : I did receive a refund on my challenge fee.
