We just completed on a property. Lever Law were extremely professional to work with. Our property transaction completed in around 7 week. They kept us informed with everything going on. We would 100% recommend them to anyone buying a property.

Terrible service and poor communication. Never able to speak to anyone who actually knows what is going on. Our sale fell though due to their incompetence.

Our house sale and purchase was made less stressful as all the team involved were helpful, extremely efficient with their replies and professional. Nothing was ever an issue. Highly recommend using Lever Law.

Used Lever Law for my recent house sale and a lady called Grace was my primary point of contact. She was excellent, friendly, helpful and professional answering my queries very promptly. The sale went through very quickly and although other factors would have also been involved Lever Law were superb. So much so that I used them again shortly after for another property related matter and again they were excellent. Highly recommended.

Instructed Lever Law last summer to do the sale and purchase of my recent house move.
While I can't fault the work they actually did communication wasn't their strong point. I was also asked to contact other parties such as the managing agent to ask about things that where way above my level of knowledge, I felt this should have been carried out by the solicitors.

I finally received my completion pack this week, I completed in Oct. I emailed last week asking for this and am still to receive acknowledgment of the request, the pack arrived within 48hrs but I think that was pure coincidence rather than them acting on my request.

They weren't a bad experience, and the solicitors were nice to deal with... I just wish there had been a bit more communication.

We used lever law for the purchase of our first house.
They made the process easy and we hardly had to do anything apart from sign a few documents and they dealt with the rest.

Overall great company and the price was what was quoted apart from a slight change that was down to my side not theres.
Will be using these again to arrange wills and anything else legal i may need in the future.

I have used Lever Law recently for both a purchase of a freehold and then the sale of my property.

Both transactions were dealt with in a professional manner and I was kept updated with the process at all times. If I had questions or queries these were answered promptly.

The sale of the property was difficult due to the buyers solicitor being hard to get hold of and repeatedly loosing documents that had been sent to them. Grace and Dale ensured that all matters were pursued and went the extra mile to ensure that the sale was kept moving at all times.
