Tm legal worst company I have known they bullies, threatening behavior, pushing me to pay them when I only own the £58.25, and threatening to enforcement people out on me as well for this amount of money and don't trust them staff are horrible and service terrible and solution are bad as well I am glad I am way from them now terrible company watch out for them because they are just bullies don't care who you are and if u have personal problems. Very bad always every day.

Very very hard to understand the ladies accent and also she struggled to understand myself. Ended up having to end the call and pay online. Not ideal.

Mishael was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly polite and professional, and clearly an expert in his work. I initially had a conversation with him about my case, and he called me the next day and successfully resolved the matter. He is truly a gem at TM Legal Office. I spoke to TM legal today to help me set a payment plan their communication and help was outstanding they was very helpful in discussing the options I had for myself in which they could help with. The agent was friendly and welcoming. And with it being repayments that I needed help with it felt like a breath of fresh air.

I’m in the process of handling a minor debt for which I sought legal debt advice from Citizens Advice Bureau to make sure I am following the correct procedure. I entered a government backed breathing space at the moment but these guys seem to not care and are continuing their non-stop calls…

I spoke with Tyra today as I was unable to make my arranged payment.
She was able to make a rearrangement to continue making my payments at a reduced amount over a longer period and was also very understanding about my current financial difficulties.
